I also concur with the other reviews that it is extremely frustrating to get in touch with the office because of the rather ridiculous answering hours. I do not know of another doctor's office that does this. While I doubt these reviews are read it would be a great help if there was a way to leave a message outside of the narrow working hour windows.

Dr Tremaine is one of the best doctors I have seen in my entire life. Very knowledgeable and informative appointment but doesn’t bombard you with information. Went with one problem but discussed so many others.

I wish Dr Tremain was a family doctor as well. I came to him initially about my red cheeks but he also addressed some problems I had that were misdiagnosed ...like the eczema" on my knee was actually psoriasis and the ointment he prescribed took it away in a week! When he called me about the results of the blood tests he ordered...I had more questions for him because the ER doctor diagnosed me with shingles which didn't make much sense but he said it was more likely a cold sore. Dr Tremain has a calm confidence and never made me feel rushed or that I can only have one question for an appointment like most places do lately. He is the best doc I've ever been to and he took care of all my skin issues so I probably wont see him again. Highly recommended!Hali"

Dr Cunningham is a fantastic Doctor. My wife had a great session with her.But the receptionist are very unprofessional. They never return your phone call and treat you bad when you drop by the office. Which you have to do as they don't return your calls!!!

Great Doctor !! Very professional, caring and takes time to explain and answer any questions. Highly recommend.

Both hands broke out in water blisters although my hands were cleared up before I got in, Doc Purdy said to call her office if they come back so she can see them first hand, and she remember me when I saw her almost 20yrs ago, she's a great Doc

Although the clinic offers great service with good Doctors who genuinely care about their patient, it could improve on they phone answering services. Its very hard to get a hold of anyone. Phone calls are greeted with a lengthy voice mail explaining the odd office hours with no ability to leave messages.

As someone who has worked in Family Practices, Walk-In Practices, IWK Cardiology, and Pathology & Laboratory Medicine;I find this practice highly disappointing. My dermatologist (not with this practice) & who has excellent patient care since childhood has retired.I decided to take my referral and book with this practice (ADC&L) but unfortunately they seem to only book in themselves. An analogy for this would be “you don’t call us, we call you with a date & time”Now this practice is NOT within high risk specialities (unless triaged by a MD/Physician or NP first).They may say that they see patients with cancer & provide ambulatory care/services but are not oncologists and only diagnose & recommend treatments through outpatient care post/pre-op.As most of their services provide information through immunology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, and biopsy (surgical procedure reports) I can understand they may say they Triage patients due to urgency but that information is not given and is not common knowledge unless you have extensive background in the field(s).As they are a specialized dermatologist, they may offer Laser Treatments, or be referred as outpatient due to lower triaged urgency (Scar removal, reducing rosacea, red birthmarks, broken blood vessels, and other red spots on the skin) I find it very strange that I cannot book myself in. Regardless, they seem to act “exclusive” but I guess that’s what you’d expect from North/Windsor in such a small facility.I am in a lot of pain and this is closest to my area (as my symptoms relate to staph, scalp pain, and headaches). I am highly disappointed in patient communication & co-ordination.
