I got new phone and I’m very satisfied with the knowledge and experienced staff. I couldn’t get Motorola One5G in London, I was able to get one here.

Stay away! I purchased a freedom mobile chip from them and canceled within a week to be fully reimbursed. I brough the chip to the store which they said it was not needed and everything was alright. Now, 4 months later, FM is charging me $96.

I have been to the store a month back and here comes the representative, his name alish. he was bit rude and never answer customer questions, he was getting irritated when I asked him about the insurance coverage. also he gives mocking expressions which made me feel to get out of the store as soon as possible. I have been to many places but never met a guy like him. He truly needed a training on how to behave and treat the customers. I would rate 1 out 5 as I don't have the possibility to give zero.If you don't want to ruin the day please do not visit the store

Rusi was super kind! We reached five minutes prior to the closing time and he accommodated us with a wonderful attitude. In addition to helping us with what we wanted, he also was extremely helpful with other questions that we had. Solely for the wonderful customer service that Rusi provided, I'm leaving this 5-star review!

This store is a fraud be aware!They refused to return my phone within the 15 days. I believe I was 4 days in but they picked excuses as much as possible.Then come to find out I’m paying 5 cents per minute outcalls when I was supposed to have unlimited in and out.This kid (18-19)that works there does not give two craps and will cost you money because of he’s mistake to get you out 2 minutes quicker.Any lie to just get you out with the new phone!Very rude they do not know how to treat people!This is not India or Pakistan!Do not trust this place! I wish I had ran into a wall on Boxing Day instead of every stepping foot in that store!Goto any other store but this one! I’ve been to other freedom stores that try to help and have respect!Freedom has the worse service and customer service.

My husband and I visited this location this morning to get hardware upgrades, and Rushi was amazing! He walked us through everything in a clear, and efficient way, he listened to what we wanted and made helpful recommendations. He didn't pressure us with upsells, and overall he made the experience enjoyable. I've been with Freedom for over 11 years, and experiences like this are why we stay. Thank you Rushi for your time today!

Alish was awesome! He added 2 new lines and upgraded my plan painlessly. Freedom Mobile has served well for over 2 years and hopefully many more to follow.

Awkward and cringe -y having 3 people stare not sure what to do when you ask them a simple question. Then to say they don't accept credit card only debit - changing payment rules on the fly when their payment machine clearly says they do not accept AMEX, while another family member paid them using Master Card 2 days earlier. I couldn't leave that store fast enough without giving them my business. Can some spell pathetic and dishonest customer service. And find another franchisee who gets it!

Little late but honest review. My husband and I were here on the 30 November at the last work hour and Falguni was so patient and helpful. We did all that we wanted even though we stayed late after working hours. It was a pleasant experience and I can recommend this place and Falguni in particular
