Work was completed as requested. I was updated with phone calls to ensure I wanted to go forward with the work. I was shown the parts that were replaced after. Family one shop. Honest people. Wait list to get your car in is about 3 weeks, but that's reflective of the quality of service you're going to receive. Highly recommend!

I had the genuine pleasure of doing business here a couple of weeks ago when my wife's Toyota Matrix suddenly stopped driving after performing a u-turn. Not knowing whether it was axle-related or an issue with the transmission itself, we managed to tow it a few blocks to the nearest repair shop, which happened to be Seven Oaks Transmission.All of the staff were friendly and accommodating as we explained our predicament, but they regretfully advised us that they were booked solid for almost two weeks. Despite that, however, they said that they would try to have a quick look at it the next day to let us know what the problem was. At 10:30 the next morning Frank called me and explained that they looked at the vehicle and that a drive axle had broken and that they could have it repaired that afternoon for under $400. We were floored!At that point, they pretty much could have told us anything or charged us a great deal more money, but they were very professional, honest, efficient, and courteous. What an excellent customer experience! Thank you Seven Oaks Transmission! You have definitely gained a new loyal customer and can expect my repeat business!

I just can't say enough about Bob, Frank, and the crew at Seven Oaks. They have always been my go to for regular driveline maintenance, but really nailed it with the rebuild of the 727 for my classic.

The owner and business is fantastic, very transparent on issues and cost when it comes to your vehicle. Worked with him on my last vehicle, brought it in for a costly problem but while testing they found an issue that would be even a bigger chunk of my wallet down the road. Both the owner and lead mechanic talked with me through the issues and gave me options but was honest on what would be the best solution, which was disposing of the vehicle. They saved me time and money on what they knew would not be a good long term decision unlike other places that would write it off and just take your money, fix and you repeatedly come back. Highly suggest if you need work done as I would not trust another business with my car.

Took one of my trucks to get a part repaired connected to the transmission and the service and turn around time was amazing. These are very honest people who will not charge you extra repairs if your vehicles do not need them. Great experience !

I am so happy I took my car here for a second opinion. I had another transmission repair shop advise that I needed a full repair / replacement that would cost around 5K. I took my car to seven oaks for a second opinion. They repaired my transmission for a fraction of the cost. My car is driving like a dream now. In addition to repairing at a fraction of the cost, they had great customer service. They explained everything in detail, respectfully and in language I could understand. Too often are woman scammed and talked to like they are dumb when they take there car in. I'll often get my husband to make calls to avoid this. These guys did not do this at all!Ladies these guys will take care of you :)

Great mechanics, but definitely on the pricey side. I had bought a brand new car and was being taken advantage of by the dealership. Coming to seven oaks transmission made my life a lot easier. They explained what was going on and why the dealership had being lying. It cost me an arm and a leg but I got what I needed fixed the first time. And afterwards the mechanic came out and showed me why the how the part was failing. This piece of mind helped a lot.

The experience with Seven Oaks Transmissions was pleasant and thorough. The young gentleman I spoke to when booking the appointment over the phone was very knowledgeable and positive. When I dropped off and picked up my vehicle, I dealt with Frank at the front desk and the interaction was very similar. I felt confident he was trustworthy, experienced and accommodating.
