Just relax at one of our luxury stops complete with a post to lean on and enjoy the smell of urine as you pray for your bus to come. Watch your phone ring none stop as employers, family and friends wonder where you are. Come join us on island time and save being punctual for them busy city folk. What a shiet show.

Can’t rely on transit to get to work in the morning when it snows. Most often when it snows transit is canceled.Transit is good, the cities in the greater Victoria area have trouble creating safe roads for the buses to operate.Thank you to the bus drivers, maintenance, and administrative staff for keeping the wheels moving during this difficult COVID time.

Big rave to BC TRANSIT!It was very much my own fault I wasn’t paying attention to the bus stops and missed my stop by 4 stops, most people can walk that but I had two big bags and suffer from chronic back pain so its a long walk from uvic with big bags. Anyways the driver was so very kind had every right to say no and gave me a day pass to get back on the bus going the other direction back to my stopI will certainly pay it forward as daypasses are 5$ and I only paid the 2.50 to go one way and I had no more moneyThank you BC transit ! ❤️

If I could rate 0 I would. Depending on the driver you’re getting friendly service(situational). But the biggest issue is flawed scheduling. I feel like buses arrive whenever they feel like. Buses arriving extremely late or early and even not showing up at all. Buses not frequent enough which causes overcrowding. Dirty buses and bus stops in disrepair with broken glass, water leaking, and no place to sit.

Price for a ticket is 2.50 - No change when you arrive as a tourist and travel from Schwartz bay to downtown Victoria. Well, in Victoria Bus drivers make probably more money then dentists... no comment.

Sad that they no longer offer the student bus pass. Was there to pick up taxi saver coupons for my dad who is a senior. It is pretty small and busy in there but the service was good.

One hour waiting outside last night for the 14 after the firework to finally deciding to get a taxi for 25$. With us kids, seniors, handicapped people. Good job again BC transit for your professionalism. Like BC ferries feel lucky when you get into it and don’t expect to be on to time anywhere…

Why is the 50 route have so many single level busses recently? I can’t count how many times I’ve watched the bus drive right passed right past me because it’s full. I’ve waited up to 30 mins to end up barely squeezing on. I love wasting my time standing in the cold.Edit* 3 weeks later and this has only gotten worse. 4 PACKED FULL 50 busses have gone past me today with no room. I’ve been standing here for nearly an hour now. If the double busses are broken down SEND MORE SINGLE BUSSES! PLEASE!
