On the way to Quebec with my new trailer, I found a “U” bolt (for spare tire) is broken when filling up gas. So I tried a RV care center near Montreal and the dealer told me they had just moved into new location and don’t have any inventory.So, I tried this dealer but did not hold high hopes. Though, they carries the whole spare tire kit assembly which I could purchase to solve my problem which is a bit waste (& a bit expensive). When Samuel heard that we are “new RV care “ customer looking for RV care support, he went in the shop to find out what they can do. When he came back, he handed me a “shop reclaimed piece “(free of charge) with a big smile. They indeed saved my day! Big thanksZeming Zhao
