This is by far the worst taxi company son any city I have ever experienced. I’ve lived here for 9 years and they make you wait for hours before they come if they even decide to come. It’s no surprise why people end up drinking and driving because this taxi service is unreliable on a good day. The city needs to bring in another cab service people can rely on. I’d give 0 stars if I was able to.

Called Sunday afternoon, was straight up told “sorry we are too busy”, no addition to the que or suggestion to call back. Just hung up :/ was weird… then had to call to go to the airport later in the evening as there are no other options, was told 20-30mins, maybe less, waited over 50mins, and when the driver arrived he sat in his car and watched me struggle with all my luggage.Basically, this shouldn’t be a business. Awful, terrible and being forced to use it due to lack of options is wild.

Called for a cab from the Best Western to Airport. Said it would be 10-15 mins - came in three! Four of us in cab and nice person driving. Cash only! $31

Not a very good experience booked a cab well in advance before flight to TerraceSo I don't have to wait forever for a taxi well the cab was not there but a fellow just walks out from being on the same airplane as I was talking to a cab driver just drives up thinking it was my cab nope it wasn't it was a free cab so the guy just got in and drove away said my cab probably is on its was after I asked him why I couldn't take his cab he said there was another driver that was assigned to me. To boot the dispatch is in India not understanding the dispatch and he couldn't understand myself.Upon getting my cab the driver tells me the whole story driver saying they lobbying the city Council to make changes to have a dispatch in Terrace.

Giving them a one star because the drivers are so so amazing. Dispatch however, said they would send a cab. After waiting 30-45 minutes for our cab, we called to check for an estimate time - to be told we weren’t put in the system (by the exact same dispatcher) so we explained our wait time to them, they then said they’d send a cab as soon as possible.. only to wait another 20-30 minutes. I called from my phone and used my name since my boyfriend called them twice so far, dispatch ended up saying again they would send a cab to our location.- still waiting.Definitely unreliable!

I waited 2 hours after the driver messed up the location and dispatch could barely speek english. Do not rely on this cab service.
