Whoever is doing the hiring here knows what they are doing. Every time I go into the store I always receive top notch customer service. Today specifically I was helped by an employee named Carly, I approached her for help when she was obviously very busy but she gladly helped me find what I was looking for taking me around the store and offering alternative suggestions to items not in inventory. I’ve managed customer service jobs all throughout my life, seen the best and worst and I can honestly say the level of genuine care I received was in the top 5. The cashier at the front was very pleasant as well, I missed her name but it started with an M. Keep up the good work princess auto, only thing I wish was you opened a location in Burnaby I’d be there everyday.

This is the superb shops to buy most of all stuffs related to mechanic jobs.We usually buy jacks, compressors, tools & tackles from princess auto who is always preferable for us.Today I visited Coquitlam shop to show problem with newly bought compressor, they checked & found issue in automatic pressure relief valve so decided to exchange entire new compressor.Thanks guys for your awesome services.

Lots of construction going on in the area , but we got there no problem. We popped in here looking for a deal on speaker wire and I found what I was looking for. I love princess auto, it's a man's paradise lol. So many great deals on tools. Huge store and lots of deals. Friendly staff.

Was a great help in finding help and parts for my car is and some safety gear. I was in need for screws and clamps for my battery. Found both and a lovely gentleman who helped me with fixing the issue on my battery. The deals and prices are decent. The Safety gear sure does its job.

This is a great store. Rarely any stock issues, fair pricing, hassle free return policy, and the staff are always helpful and professional. Convenient hours makes this my go to place for hardware related items

I always make an effort to come to Princess auto for the odd tool and shop supplies. There's some junk but equally decent stuff at more than 50-75% off for the everyday use items. Had a large roof cargo box delivered by them as well and can't complain. The place is a bit of a mess but through the mayhem there's some pretty good deals. Skip home depot and Canadian tire and see if you can find what you need here first!

Big shout out to Jacob at the Coquitlam store for helping us with our AC recharge for our car. He went over and above to help us. I work in customer service so I can appreciate when some goes over and above and should be recognized.Thanks Jacob your help was very much appreciated and we will definite continue to to come to this store.

I go to this store often and I never have a bad experience. Price are reasonable. They don’t always have what I want but I can see that online before arriving. Good return policy. Helpful people. The kind of place you walk in to get one thing and walk out with 5 items. Parking here is more than enough and staff will help with larger items or get you cart when needed.

First trip to this location, found everything I needed much appreciated them being open later than alot of stores. Very kind staff honestly felt like I was amongst good people. 5 stars, would recommend to friends family and everyone!

surplus not as much as langley but the store is much smaller.hydraulic department and hose for gas line the staff member very knowledgeable in comparison to langley though. great selection and great deals can be found , would give four stars if the advertised items on website actually in stock.I did get what I needed though
