We went the other night for dinner. The staff were nice and polite. The bathrooms were really dirty. The seats we were sitting at you could see directly into the bathroom and people sitting on the toilet. I understand it’s a very small space but eww. We ordered burgers and they were way over cooked. The food came fast but was less than impressive. We won’t be going back to this location again.

Employees were friendly and very attentive. Couple of negatives: They don't serve garden salad, don't serve chipotle or any dipping sauce (with sweet potato fries). Once bill was received also received an Honest to Goodness Fee on top of the rest of the bill. See photo. So adjusted our tip according to that. Not one other restaurant does this that we have been to. After googling it Chuck's Roadhouse is indeed the only restaurant to do so. This was our first visit and will likely be our last.

Roast beef is just big dry chunks of meat. Not sliced. Ordered a Buffalo chicken item and got bbq... ceasers were very warm so needed a lot of ice and made them watered down. Service was good though...

We went to Chuck's at 11:40am for lunch. Even though the sign for hours stated that they open at 11am, the doors were locked and chairs were still on top of tables. The doors were finally unlocked around 11:55am & there wasn't even an apology or a welcome. Everything seemed to be rushed. A sandwich which was ordered was very sloppy, it seemed as though the staff were in a rush to catch up. I won't return to this location and won't recommend it to friends.

The service was extremely poor. They barely spoke English and didn't even know what a rare steak means. They brought out 3 times a fully cooked steak and did not understand why I kept on sending it back. The rest of the food tasted burned and was simply not good. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cold and unfriendly. Especially when the staff speaks a foreign language to each other and kept on pointing to the table we where at.Overall we felt unwelcome and would not recommend this place to anyone that wants a pleasant night out.Still baffled about the fact that they did not know what a rare steak means, when they work ik a steak restaurant.Absolutely ridiculous!!Side note if you prefer your food and drinks to out in stages and separate from each other. This might be the place for you, as the service doesn't understand the basic concept of how to work in a restaurant.

Decided to try this location once again, haven't been very impressed on previous visits.Roast beef sandwich was cold on the edges, slightly warmed up in the middle, fries were not hot, seemed like my plate was sitting out for a long time until they brought it out.Washrooms were gross, toilet dirty, walls splattered. My wife had to balance on a wobbly toilet in the ladies room.Waitress was pleasant but not overly helpful.We will likely wait a few more years to go back. just doesn't seem to get better.

We had a great experience at chucks on family day. A party of six was treated exceptionally well by staff, our servers were excellent , the facility was easily accessed by my son in a power wheelchair , atmosphere was great . Steaks were cooked perfectly , excellent salads and appetizers. The large order was executed in an efficient manner . Dessert across the board was also fantastic . In addition we were pleasantly surprised at our bill it was less than we expected and in our budget for a quality family meal out .Great value, we will be returning , cheers !

Waitress was pleasant but not attentive, and did not ask for feedback about the food. I ordered a beef dip, and the au jus came in a tiny metal cup that I couldn't dip the sandwich into. I cut the sandwich in half with a butter knife to get it dipped and the au jus was used up after 3 bites. The aoli was cold, straight out of the fridge. The sandwich was good, and onion rings were excellent. If someone had asked for feedback and fixed the experience, this rating could have been a 4, but they visited 3 times. Drinks, food and bill drop-off only.
