If you want a cold hearted person who doesnt care about resolving your issue with creativity and expertise, by thinking outside the box, then he is your person. He was extremely rude and incosiderate, and seemed to be somewhat proud of his lack of empathy." I was in tears after I spoke with him. I went to him after reading all the good reviews on here. Every case is different
