great homes to live in but dealing with horrible neighbors boardwalk has been zero help.Update. Boardwalk is taking the horrible neighbors side an we have to move. Ive never had any problems with my neighbors until i moved to these homes. I wouldnt suggest living in the suites around 243 edmund park. Surrounding neighbors will make your life a living hell an pretend they arent doing anything. My experience in these homes have been hell from day one. As beautiful as these homes are do not accept any suites that surround the 243 building.

I might be bias as i call this place my home! Its nice. Cozy! The managers manage well! Well maintainedWish the stairs were s bit spacious though

Would recommend the Boardwalk property management company - have nice places and good service.

Professional people…with grt excellence

Lovely place to have a family. Playground and stores all in walkable distance. Holliston school also nearby. Not a lot of photos available of the townhouse.But it's beautiful and we are liking it here.

Excellent facility maintenance overall - quick and efficient response to any issues.

We just moved out of Edmund Park a month ago because we had to move to another city. Our experience with Boardwalk there was wonderful. They took care of any problems or repairs in the unit promptly and efficiently. The office staff, especially Patty, are great and help you out quickly and politely. They go above and beyond, in my experience.Also, there's such a friendly community of people at Edmund Park and Boardwalk enhances that community by providing a playground, taking good care of the grounds, and giving reasonable rates.Overall, my family and I were very happy with our time with Boardwalk in Saskatoon and recommend it, especially if you have a young family.

You will own the whole house. The amenities are good. The management is very praise worthy. Will highly recommend if you can afford it.
