A & K Used Car Sales was a Top Shelf A+++ Car Dealer Ship. We Bought a Chrysler 200 S and we were very nervous and skeptical because we are from the USA side, and we scared about losing our money. The owner Al and Sara was Amazing they made the whole process so easy. They did all the paperwork from start to finish. from helping me work with my bank to transfer my funds from the United States to Canada. They also took care of getting a company on the USA side to transport the car from Canada to the USA and the delivery. I cannot say enough about A & K Used Car Sales. Ali and Saba were so helpful. We bought a used car and they were diligent in making sure we drove away with the best quality for the best price. We had an issue with the car after (not related) and Ali went above and beyond to fix the problem for us, when he didn't have to. I'd recommend them to anyone.

After our first purchase with them we really loved how nice and helpful, honest and the guidance they gave us while purchasing our vehicle, about a year later we were looking to buy another vehicle and didn’t hesitate to go back and do business with them. Please don’t buy from this dealership. I wouldn’t call the owner cheat but he is certainly not honest and did not keep his word/promise. I had a bad experience dealing with Ali. I bought a used car and was promised that the car would be in showroom condition meaning washed/waxed/interior shampooed and vacuumed. He had shown me another vehicle which was ready for delivery on the day we finalized the deal for my car. That vehicle was in very good condition and I was very impressed and he said that my car would be in the same condition.On the day of pick up, the car was only washed and neither waxed nor the interior shampooed/vacuumed. I wouldn’t call it upright dirty but there was quite a bit of dirt in there. I told Ali about it and he said that the car has been detailed. My neighbor’s 5 year old would have done a better job of cleaning. I needed the car urgently. I paid for the car and while driving back to home, I smelled cigarette smoke inside the car which was not there on the day I test drove the car, possibly as the windows were down on that day. The smoke smell was very strong and it gave me a headache.I had no other option but to get interior of the car shampooed/vacuumed myself and spend extra money which Ali should have done in the first place and told him so.In addition, the advertisement for Free 6 months warranty is false and misleading. What he does not tell you that there is a cap on the Kilometers, it’s either 6 months or 6,000 Km. You could do 6,000 Km in 2-3 months and after that the warranty is not valid. On top of that, he did not even disclose that there is a $50 activation fee to get the warranty. This is hidden fees and not mentioned anywhere. He told me about this when I had paid for the car and signed all the paperwork.When I brought all these issues to his attention, he did agree to pay the activation fee for warranty but kept on ignoring or refusing to acknowledge the other issues with the car. I even sent him pictures of stuff/trash still lying in the car that was there on day of test drive. I asked him to pay for the additional expenses incurred by me in getting the car cleaned which was his job as he had promised to deliver the car in a good condition. He refused to do so and said that I should return the car and get my money back. I asked him would he pay for the money I spent on getting the car cleaned if I return the car to which he had no answer and said that now he wouldn’t even pay the activation fee for warranty. When I told him I would take him to court then he paid the activation fee but till date has not acknowledged that to save some money he cut corners and did not deliver the car in the condition it was promised.I wouldn’t buy from this dealer again.

We had been in search for our first used car, and after visiting several dealership we found A&k. Ali was very helpful and honest and it's the reason we were finally comfortable to purchase our car.
