I initially came in ecstatic to look at a new Kia Stinger. I am a car enthusiast and have had my fair share of experiences at various dealerships throughout the region.Immediately when discussing the car I’m interested in the salesperson was trying to steer me away from the car. Keep in mind I have called in and viewed their OWN postings for the car online to confirm I would be able to view and purchase the car at the dealership. The salesperson was treating me as if I was a child and was not taking the sale seriously. In addition to this, when I asked about the K5 since it was my second option, they also didn’t acknowledge that option and were steering me to their regular economy sedans. I’ve never seen a dealership or salesperson try to down sell a buyer. In the end I took my business elsewhere and picked up my second stinger.TLDR: If you’re a young prospective buyer the dealership will not take your sale seriously unless you are purchasing one of their economy cars. Took my business elsewhere where they wanted my money.

Recently, my wife and I bought our first car together at this dealership. We had the best experience ever. We highly recommend this place. Furthermore Sales manager Sam.I first called the dealership in the summer of 2022. I spoke to Sam about my search for a new car. He told me to check on the kia website and get options. It made pricing transparent. He was patient with us until we placed our order in 6 months later.I appreciate Sam always being available to take a call and answer questions.If you are looking for a car, they are worth the call.

I dealt with Matt (Salesperson), who in my opinion, is the best salesperson that I have ever experienced- in 30 years of buying cars. Matt is honest, knowledgeable, professional and highly personable. I would 100% recommend Matt to my friends and family. I just got my first car (look at this colour!!!) with the help of Sam from Kia of Catherines! Don’t bother shopping around at other dealerships - from just my first visit to them, I already found it the best Kia dealership in all the GTA. Sam was so detailed in his explanation process, made sure nothing was missed, was VERY timely and responsive even when I’d just be asking for updates. He worked out an amazing payment for the car to fit my budget and there were no surprises once everything was finalized. The financial manager Gino was also very friendly and prompt in dealing with the paperwork on pick up day. RUN, don’t walk, to Sam, if you’re looking to get a car. I cannot recommend him enough!! Just purchased a beautiful KIA Seltos and I absolutely love it! From the moment we walked in the dealership Matt was extremely helpful and paused what he was doing to help us which was very nice to see after being to many dealerships where we had to ask for help. Matt made the process of buying my first car extremely easy and a lot of fun! He gets to know his customers and what they truly want which makes the process more enjoyable.
