I was very impressed with the look and feel of the store. The main store is on the first floor and there's a play area for tournaments on the second floor. They have snacks and drinks available as well. I like how they have their card stock set up and the fact that they have laptops set up for people to browse what cards they have in stock and submit an order.

My parents and I were losing our minds - so to speak - during the evacuation of our home town due to the wildfires raging across our province. Thankfully this location had a decent variety of board games to choose from for us to purchase a couple of to help stave off the boredom.

Ordered ~$650 worth of warhammer online, got to me in two days with no issues. If you guys can keep stocked well, i Will order again, and definitely recommend to friends.

They have a phenomenal stock and supply of cards but the trade in process i feel is lacking.Hand written receipts, being told we'll get to it when we can" and zero justification on what staff veiw the card at (LP

As a warhammer player, it offers quite the nice shooting experience. Great tables, great staff, great games.

I occasionally visit Taps for friday night commander and found tonight was prerelease and so not much commander activity. However, there was one table unused by the event and already had a few commander players and so they invited us to join. There was a chair short and so I was going to just sit on a highstool but the patron beside me was kind enough to ask the staff if another chair was available. The staff asked whether it was for commander or prerelease and declined to provide a chair since it was for commander. So stool for me. A different staff member later kindly brought a chair which I appreciated.Shortly after, the previous worker asks the table to leave because they need it for prerelease. One of the existing players responded that a previous employee said we could use this table as it wasn't needed for prerelease, and didn't have any numbered placards indicating it was used for the event. So the worker leaves without asking us to leave but the player makes sure to offer to just let us know to leave if the table is needed.Finally, and this is the interaction that caused the previous two interactions to come into focus, we ask the worker who was acting as a judge for the event if he'd be able to provide a ruling on an interaction. He refuses because he hates commander and refuses to provide rulings for the format"I've encountered rude employees. But I've never encountered an employee on a deliberate campaign to make a group of customers feel unwelcome because of his own petty personal feelings that have nothing to do with us as people."

Your staff almost let our gaming friend walk away from a $230 dollar Warhammer box because they didn't want to look it up or help her out.Despite having it sold to her with an eyeroll in the end - that just simply isn't good business practice. We just feel awful spending money here sometimes.To the owners, you have a great store for sure but the staff make it toxic even to new off-the-street customers.

This is my go-to destination for all things warhammer and wargaming related! They have a massive selection and awesome prices. They also have a huge Pokémon and mtg selection and tons of board games. Check them out!

Decent Gamesworkshop, board, and MTG selection. Hobby accessories are sparse at times. Music is a big focus here and may drive away a large % from shopping here frequently.

Fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff, the ability to browse cards through the kiosk is genius, excellent product variety. Amazing experience.Also assisted with purchasing the cards, helped find a cheaper version that I was unable to find myself, saved me at the till.Would recommend visiting for the service alone.
