The ladies who helped us were very nice. Not only they were fast, they even packed everything well for us, so we could easily load boxes into our car. Great service!!

I had an excellent experience with Penguin Pick Up. Initially, I found it a bit challenging to put my IKEA order online. However, last Saturday, I called the Griffintown store and spoke with a helpful staff. She provided me with comprehensive information on how to place my order step by step and explained the benefits, such as the minimal delivery payment.To my surprise, the experience turned out to be fantastic. I eventually pick the Saint Jacques branch because it was closer to me. I picked up my items on Saturday evening, a respectful boy served me there. I would like to express my gratitude for their service. As a result of this positive experience, I intend to leave my review for both the Saint Jacques and Griffintown stores. This combination allowed me to obtain IKEA items without incurring high delivery fees.

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment when attempting to return an Amazon package through Canada Post. Shockingly, the clerk informed me that they do not provide receipts for Canada Post returns, leaving me without any proof that I had sent the package back to Amazon. Took my package back and went to another place that gave me a receipt.

I chose here to pickup Ikea drop off. I waited like 30 seconds before getting my order. The order was heavy so I asked if I can borrow the trolley and they nicely allowed me to take it.

Came here to pickup Ikea stuff twice. It was quick and easy, did not have any issues. The staff were nice and held the door for me while I carried the large boxes out, and the other time they helped me to the car. Will continue to use this as an option instead of store pickup

Normally I don’t write reviews. But they deserve it. I went to pick up my ikea order and I received the best service today. I should have asked her name. Anyway, I highly recommend this place :)
