I contacted North Island Pro Wash to inquire about having some sidewalk pavers cleaned. Cody quickly attended our property and gave us a quote. He fit us in in a very timely matter, he was punctual, and did an amazing job. Because of his minimum billing policy, he suggested some more services be included. He did an incredible amount of work for his minimum charge and everything was done very well. Cody is very friendly, hard-working, and more than fair with his pricing. We will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Good guy, on time, great rates, good reviews. With that being said can't provide worksafe bc coverage letter. If he gets hurt on the job without worksafe the property owner is liable.

Its been a dismal winter and looking outside my driveway and cement work all around my house just made me even more down. I called up North Island Pro Wash and the owner Cody came over and gave me a quote right away. Within 2 days he had my driveway and concrete looking brand new. I attempted to clean this two years ago , which took me 5 day, and their is no way it even came close to the level it is now. Thank you for the amazing job!! Cody was professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous. I ready for spring. Thank you North Island Pro Wash.

The service was speedy, from the quote to the cleaning job. Quote was fair for the amount of space needing to be cleaned. He was very friendly, efficient and thorough. He came back the next day to check the results, as it started to rain during the cleaning, so it was hard to tell if all areas were cleaned. He did a few touch ups and wanted to ensure we were satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with North Island Pro Wash. Cory the owner responded same day to my enquiry with a visit and a quote. He scheduled the work within a few days. He power washed the driveway, sidewalk and patio areas and they all look great. A perfect start to the spring. Excellent work and customer service. Would highly recommend this company.
