Wendy's was once upon a time a great fast food place but lately the quality, food presentation and service has declined. Maybe it just this location or somebody had a bad day at this restaurant.

This restaurant is as good as any Wendy's I've visited, but can we reverse this trend and put somewhere near 1/3 ice. Enough is enough!

The fries were over cooked, small portions, they don't care, about 8 people working behind, and it still wasn't great service. Expensive for what we got, also the pop machine wasn't working properly, syrup was not consistent. They have gone down hill, rapidly, very disappointing.

I'm not proud to say this, but I've been to my fair amount of fast food restaurants, including many Wendy's. This has to have been the worst fast food establishment I have ever been in, not due to the service but the cleanliness. So much so almost two weeks later, it's still bothering me. Behind the counter was apparently untidy. An example of this was cheese from the warming pot all over the place, and the lid half on another example is the state of the pop machine... absolutely disgusting. They didn't have ice, they didn't have honey mustard, the frosty machine wasn't working. All I can hope is that management sees this review and takes a step back and looks at the appearance of their restaurant through the consumers eyes. Details matter!

I had a triple combo and up sized the french fried and drink! My fav was the burger, just feels like your having a real substantial meal! Just my opinion!

I have never been to a Wendy’s and NOT had a fresh burger…until now. I had a Dave’s single with cheese. The burger was flattened to half the size it normally is and was burnt and dried out. I was shocked that anyone would have served this. I took it back and they replaced it with another one which was better but not to the quality I am used to at Wendy’s. The server did apologize and was nice about it. More quality control is definitely needed at this location. To the owner of this location, this lack of quality reflects back on you so please do better in the future and take some pride in ownership.

This Wendy's used to be great, but lately our orders have been wrong more often than they're right. Usually it's something smaller like one order of fries (out of four) missing, or the wrong pop. Today two combos were missing and we seemingly got someone else's bag instead, containing a burger combo we didn't order. They never give you a receipt, so you can't prove your order was messed up, and they act skeptical when you ask for it to be corrected. Fries are often cold, as well.

Just a regular fast food spot. Cleanliness of the dining room was okay, you could tell they were trying to keep up with the amount of people coming and going.
