Messed up people running this place. Signed documents regarding an impending death, the person I knew died and they demanded payment in full immediately or we wouldn't be proceeding. It's common knowledge that someone's estate and trust is behind several legal barriers and can't be accessed quickly or easily right after a death. Basically, I guess I'd have had a dead body on my hands. This was not discussed when I signed documents. Wish I could have sued them into oblivion and still wonder if I can, honestly.Also, despite having in depth meetings they forgot to add an item into the casket. A secret I have to keep from my family & take to my own grave now, otherwise it would mess up some of them emotionally.Beware!

I Went Into My Pre-Funeral Arrangements Completely Green Having Never Even Researched Or Considered Any Of The Options Before...Olivia Sutton Immediately Put Me At Ease..She Has An Easy Listening Voice And She Was Very Efficient At Hitting All The Areas I Had Absolutely No Idea About. Olivia Answered All My Questions With Ease And I Left Much Smarter And Very Well Informed...I Highly Recommend Olivia Sutton If You Have Any Concerns Regarding Funeral Arrangements

My husband and I met with Olivia Sutton today, we have already selected our niche, today was to finalize funeral arrangements, although we hope to not need it anytime soon. We wanted to do this to save our sons the task. Olivia is fantastic at explaining all the details and discussing various issues, all the while making you feel comfortable and at ease. I am very Thankful how caring and knowledgeable Christopher Richard was to helped me through all the dealing I had to take care of today. Completion of daughters final arrangements-now paid in full. Mine and Peters all paid for. A lot of paper work but Christopher was very patient with me. Now Lyne can go to her resting place when we are ready to bring her to her new home. Our kids will have no worries to deal with when it come our time.(20 or 30 years from now) Thank you again Christopher for the kindness you showed me. Always great full for your kindness.

I met with Christopher Richard today to obtain funeral prearrangement details. He was very patient and kind and explained every package to me in great detail so that I can make an informed decision about my wishes. I came away frommy appointment with peace of mind as well as the Executor's Handbook, Legal Will Guide, financing options if needed, a Guide to their Services and Merchandise and a beautifully detailed Official Family Registry... everyone should have this !All of these brochures are very well laid out and easy to read.I highly recommend Christopher as he pays attention to detail and he is not a pushy salesperson but a professional in every way.I am looking forward to my next appointment with Christopher to get the ball rolling so all of the decisions do not get left for my executor to initiate. This can be a stressful time for family at time of death so we should all think about pre-arranging our funerals ... our executors and family will be very grateful !

This cemetery is very well kept. It has a wide variety of areas. I've used them for my in-laws burials and everything went fantastic. They have a wide amount of space for future growth. I consider them one of the best ones the Windsor Area

The Masoleums are infested with phorid (coffin) flies. When you goto visit your loved ones you have to constantly swat at the flies coming towards your face. They have a rule of no fresh flowers in the Masoleums to avoid bugs which I find comical as the flowers are not the problem.Perhaps if they spent some money on cleaning and pest control treatments, such as spraying and electronic remedies, I could go visit my loved ones without being peppered with these coffin flies attacking me at every instant while paying my respects.Shame on Greenlawn Memorial Gardens and Arbor Memorial for taking your money during your time of grief and not caring about the conditions and infestations of their Masoleums.
