Great service !!! We have used this company many times for our travel needs. Susan is always friendly and really helpful in organizing our trips. When Susan isn't available, Eleanor is always willing to step in and help. It is rare to find that kind of service today. I also know that Dave, the owner, gives a lot to this community through his work with the local Rotary club along with other things.Well done !!!!! You definitely deserve 5 stars.

I lost a free trip to Mexico all inclusive as well as my portion of the plane fare due to a death in the family. The agent said they would call me back and make arrangements to defer use of my points. NOT! and no one seemed to be help after that. so not only am i out of pocket for the plane fare but lost over 4500 points. You call that customer service?
