Pact is a brand new cafe in the busy corner of Whyte and Calgary Trail. It replaces an old Starbucks.The java was wonderful. But the service was best described as apathetic...it was an hour from closing and the ladies working on this night really seemed like they just wanted to go home. There were many dirty tables as well. We will come back again but the space had no vibrancy. They promise to deliver on a high quality thoughtful" experience. They seem to have some work to do here.Their desserts look great...especislly the doughnuts. But if you don't have the service it takes away from the whole experience."

Very impressed by the cappuccino and the cortado. I would say one of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had in Edmonton. I highly recommend this café.

Great coffee and design. Be careful of when you arrive, the seating can fill out pretty quick and there are not many power outlets. Other than that, excellent cafe!

A cozy cafe on the Whyte ave which is bustling on weekends. Best place to sit is on by the window and look at the hustle bustle outside while having a coffee. I had a flat white w/ oat milk. It tasted amazing. They also have desserts.

I had the blueberry pastry thing, and it was SO good. Not as sweet as it looks, but still a pastry. The doughnut part had a perfect texture. Had an oat latte as well, it was on the frothier side, excellent considering I was hungry. The layout of the seats is nice, and there is a lot of seating. The washrooms are also top drawer. This was my first time trying a coffee shop in this neighbourhood and if there's any better one, I'll be surprised.

Oh it's sooooooo gooooood. Excellent fratello coffee made by skilled baristas, but there are several great coffee shops in YEG. What really stands out is the beautiful interior and the gluten free doughnuts! They are so good that I think I actually prefer them over other gluten-rich doughnuts, which is the highest praise I can think of. Definitely give it a try

The cafe has a really welcoming atmosphere and ambience, which even makes the people passing by to stop and take a look inside. I was able to spend a few hours studying along with other visitors who were working. It was a really great experience.(Although keep in mind that the level of busyness of the cafe shown on the Google maps might be wrong to an extent).

Nice little corner coffee shop with a casual vibe. Has a good selection of drinks and pastries. Lots of seating with full length windows great for people watching on one of Old Strathcona's busiest street corners.

Loved it!! Very charming place, plus its local. Replaced Starbuck. Which I'm glad it did!!Vegan and gluten free donughts.My first time there and I'll be bk!
