Awesome location. We had a terrible experience at SQ1 and we called Erin Mills and they were immediately able to help us out and make us feel welcome. All the staff are wonderful! Special shout out to Maliha who helped us out and gave an amazing customer service experience. Her and her manager were splendid and we will only be coming to this location from now on. DONT GO TO SQUARE ONE

What a bad experience…. Josie was rather unpleasant to deal with. Two sales people offered a price on a set of earrings which the manager Josie refuse to honour. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. They should not have offered that price to begin with.Poor management. Left a bad taste in my mouth.The staff and manager at the Oakville location is wonderful. Will recommend that location over the Erin mills Town Center location any day!

Lora is soo professional and gave the best deal for us. Very pleased with the customer service. Rhea is excellent and so happy with how fast my ring got fixed - had a couple of diamonds come out and they were replaced in a week. Free of charge thanks to the care plan I purchased!

What is that manager? So rude and unfriendly. I can’t call that a manager as she has no management skills. On the other hand, Lora is awesome sales person.
