Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This place is absolutely horrible. Customer service here is absolutely horrid as well. We had our vehicle stolen with our wallet. When we came to pay for the rental with a debit card and valid identification, they decided that the only form of acceptable payment would be credit and would not accept any other forms of payment, even with a deposit. We called around to other enterprise locations and they were more than accommodating. Very unfortunate our local enterprise is this dysfunctional. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

The worst customer service experience that I've ever had at any Enterprise location, both in Canada and the states. Completely unsatisfied. I'm very aware that Enterprise prides itself with being focused on customer service and satisfaction but my experience here proved otherwise. I dealt with one of the assistant managers who was very rude. I suggest that no one visit this location as they'll treat you like they don't care about you or your business and that they're doing you a favour by renting to you. My issue could have been resolved very easily however he decided to show me great attitude and an unwillingness to resolve it. I will never go back and will be telling all my friends and family to never go there. Stay away

Great staff - great selection of cars.Only took us about 10 minutes from the moment we arrived. The staff/agents are friendly and understanding - we were a few days late returning the car; instead of being penalized; they just extended the rental at the regular fee.Thanks for the great experience!Next time I'm in Montreal; I will most certainly be back!

They charge me for two , and didn't tell me. They didn't have the car that I was promised. They said, because of the holiday, so I was able to bring back the next day, but they charged me. I'm not going to rent from them again.

Most pleasant experience I've had with a car rental Agency.The staff is amazing - willing to go the extra mile to say the least.This is my first time renting with Enterprise; but after this experience, it is definitely my go-to.I wish I could remember the name of the agent who I dealt with - he has been both welcoming and understanding - in fact, this is what made the experience great and the reason I will be returning.Fantastic Agents; end of story.Enterprise is the first rental agency that I have actually had a pleasant experience.Definitely recommend - and I will most certainly be returning!Thanks!

As a veteran health care worker, I am compelled to write this review. My elderly mother fractured her hip recently and we needed to rent a large SUV that could accommodate her special needsM. Zack, the branch manager graciously provided me with outstanding service. The car I rented was immaculate, ready and he was more than willing to take the time to explain me the features of this car and patiently answer all my questions. The added bonus -it was very affordable and competitive in price.I would not hesitate to recommend the Lasalle Enterprise branch and look forward to using their services again.

I’ve been using for a while now the Entreprise’s cars. And usually I’m satisfied by the service...But LaSalle department is my favorite now! People working here are extremely nice and friendly! They take their time to listen to you, to explain and to answer your questions. Cars are very clean and in a perfect condition!Thank you for the great job!

worst experience ever!!!! Booked the car 3 months ahead and one day before manager told me that no car for you for tomorrow!!! " ? What? This is so "professional". That was so hard to let me know 3-4 days before to give me time to find something else???I want to update my review. After posting my original review which I have posted below the Enterprise company representer asked me to post all info to [email protected]. I did that - I have added all info to my email with all description. I month left and I just got small response in the beginning: "we will contact you soon"Enterprise it's the company which "cares about the customers"? You could see from my example that there is zero responsibility from enterprise customer service and management. Why did they ask me to provide all info to your email? They just don't care about their customers to be honest...."

I am beyond impressed and extremely grateful with the service from the representative I've now dealt with twice at the 7491 Newman Enterprise location.I came into the location at end of day, in desperate need of a vehicle, disorganized and specifically looking for a SUV size. Despite circumstances and limitations on my end, the representative was able to get me on the road (rather than walking back outside to the rain), set me up not only in a vehicle, the 'compact' available has been fantastic! The utility and idea of comfort in driving a compact or even a sedan were not a viable option for me - I took a chance, given representative's assistance and voila! Off on my way with a smile on my face.Originally a 2 day rental has now turned into a 2 week after having speaking with that same representative by chance over the phone.Enterprise, this is employee is definitely want to maintain and acknowledge their value as they're definitely taking care of the value of your business!Much appreciation to all.
