We had an incredible experience at Honda thanks to Jacky! he was super helpful and patient and answered all our questions with professionalism and knowledge. Just purchased my second vehicle from this dealership and had a pleasant experience working Clark (sales agent).Essa, who is the manager at this location had been there on both occasions and is amazing to work with, and really seems to care about the client experience. I’m not a local to the city of Oakville but the great experience will have me returning back to this dealership for my future vehicle needs. Kudos Oakville Honda!

I had a great experience buying my Honda Accord by the help of Kerim's (sales agent) assistance! Kerim is really good at his job, did an amazing job walking me through the process from start to finish! Very knowledge young man; understandable, polite and professional!

Jacky was friendly and very helpful. In less than hour all negotiations and paperwork was completed. When we received our truck it was clean and ready to go at the time requested . We would certainly return to Oakville Honda and have Jacky help us out.

Recently purchased unsed Civic from Oakville Honda. I was helped by Clark who was very welcome, warm and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered all my questions and made the transaction easy and quick. I was very pleased with the experience.

Absolutely terrible Service department: no one answers the phone when calling in, doesn't listen to basic instruction re: which phone numbers to call when car is ready, don't look at problem area of the car when asked, treat customers like we don't know what we're talking about when we're asking pretty straightforward questions (like 'why is my car making a rattle sound'). Will absolutely not be going back to this location again. Have to fix my air conditioning issue every summer. I don’t think they have any idea what the real root cause is. I am with another Honda dealer now, they fix the issue completely. Never want to talk with those customer service guys anymore, they are rude and not professional. Be aware!! Google should allow post with 0 stars

We recently purchased a 2023 HONDA CRV from Oakville Honda and have a pleasant experience.We interacted with Nomaan from Sales, Sukh from finance and they were good in how they handled our queries and shared the relevant details. The best interaction we had was with their sales manager PJ. He was just awesome and understood some of the concerns we had and resolved those. We went their with our kids to get the car and give them a surprize. They took care of the kids as well by offering them hot chocolates a few times and interacting with them in a friendly manner. The staff was highly customer focused. We would highly recommend buying from Oakville HONDA.

Mixed emotions about my latest Oakville Honda experience.My family had been dedicated customers of Oakville Honda for the last 6+ years and have always spoke good about them to friends and family in the past.In my most recent experience I had a great sales rep Kerim who reached out to me, was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my interests and needs. His attitude and behavior was a large part to play in this transaction ending positively.Unfortunately there were other aspects of the transaction outside of Kerim's control which damaged my trust and caused me a lot of stress during the signing period.I appreciate that the Oakville Honda team was able to resolve these conflicts and I am now happy with my new vehicle.

The best service I have ever seen!! All staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Mr. Waqar specially made the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle a piece of cake for me. He was extremely detailed in his explanations and fully cooperated with my wishes and just like that he made my dream come too. I would definitely refer a friend to Oakville Honda.
