De La Sol Yoga Studios

I've been to many yoga places before, but Emily's classes have been simply amazing. She is the yoga teacher I've always sought! She is very calming, has an amazing narrative to guide you in yoga, and always brings her own twist to her classes. The studio overall is wonderful. I love that you can share a 10 class pass among you, your family members, and friends. Love coming here :)

If you are new to yoga and considering starting, then this is the place for you a short email explaining that I was a little apprehensive because I was new and male and they made me understand that this was a welcoming environment and broke down which classes are most friendly for people who are you to yoga so that I could feel comfortable choosing classes the best fit my schedule. They have an amazing introductory offer for unlimited yoga for $50 and I am so happy that I have started taking yoga. I am a Welder by trade and if I had started doing yoga a long time ago, I would’ve saved a lot of time and money, going to chiropractors, massage therapist and physiotherapist.

I enjoy the classes from a number of the teachers at De La Sol, but gotta give a special shout out to Alexa. Her classes have a nice flow and an interesting variety of poses and transitions. Her clear instruction moves you through the class easily. I attend her classes multiple times a week!

Becky's class on Tuesday evenings is AWESOME! She is super lovely. I miss it! Wish there was more!

I have taken several classes here with Annelie, Martha, Nancy and Jodi. All four are consistently motivating, inspiring and beautiful inside and out. I love their challenging classes, I always feel so powerful when I leave the studio! Thank you for helping me become a better version of myself, mentally and physically :)

Whether you're new to this beautiful practice or a seasoned yogi, there's something for everyone at DLS. 10/10 would recommend!

Great morning Yin Yang class with Becky! Helpful adjutmegs and guides and as well as fun sequences! Also lovely meditation and poem addition :) classes with Alexa and Alaina are also so fun!!

I love the atmosphere of De La Sol Yoga Studios! The teachers are all wonderful and it has truly become like a second home to me! I love that this studio has become a part of my days, almost every day ❤️

WARNING - will not refund if you cancel ahead of time and will not respond.Paid for the baby and me class online. Cancelled before it started as I moved out of the area. They filled my spot and they will not refund me nor will they answer my emails about where on their website it says no refunds. I’ve looked multiple times and can’t seem to find it.As per response - I sent many emails on a multitude of days. Purchasing items from your shop does not interest me and isn’t a solution… nor is ignoring me and trying to rectify a situation months later.

De La Sol is a fantastic studio with a large variety of classes and instructors who put a lot of effort into designing them. The studio is clean and has a lot of great amenities. I'd definitely recommend it!
