U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Went in this morning to rent a truck and the Asian guy at the counter is one of the most RACIST business owner I have meet in this area , refused to do the rental base on a ridiculous excuse . Definitely would never give any business to this guy .

Poor customer service and they add things to the bill other then what you specify on the online reservation, namely extra insurance.Once you sign, it's too late. U-Haul customer service won't help either.. Scam!

My UHaul rental experience was fast and easy. I booked online and picked up the vehicle that afternoon. Read through, signed the paperwork and was given the keys, after inspecting the vehicle with the employer.I read the bad reviews before booking and believe that they are not accurate. If you simply READ all of the terms and conditions before you book, there will be no hidden/surprise fees.Insurance is added at the time of booking (online), but can easily be removed. They even have an estimator on the website, so you are able to see how much you will be charged for your km usage.

Went to rent a truck, the guy working said he didn't know how to do it. Supposed to be open at 8 am called for an hour today still no answer. Machine says they are off line. The guy who was working was very rude. When I told him I was going to complain to head office he laughed. Not impressed with the service at this location at all

Slow service.! Even they don’t have any idea what they are doing there its very overpriced and making money from cheating customers. 0% recommendation and no preference.

Don't understand the bad reviews. It was perfectly fine. Went smoothly and they answered all my questions.

The truck ran fine, and the drop off was smooth. I'm surprised people work for this company at all, they have to deal with so many annoyed customers because the stores are understaffed and the rental system they use is awful (hoping that the truck you reserved is somewhere in the same city? Come on, that is lazy, inefficient, and REALLY annoying for renters).People who rent a truck don't do it on a whim. They have a purpose and a time frame. U-Haul provides neither of those things. What's the point of me renting a truck from one location only to be told the day before that it's impossible and that my truck will be at a different location and not available until a way later time of day? Why even allow me to reserve? What's the point?Also, U-Haul should not outsource to other businesses. I had to go to a convenience store to pick up reservation they screwed up, and the lady there had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She was doing her best, but she barely spoke English at all and she was lost. She called some U-Haul help line and was on hold for 10 minutes before the line was dropped. This happened twice. I had to call the Welland location and hand my phone to her so they could figure it out. It took me over an hour and a half just to pick up the truck.I was not compensated in any way. Like I said, I had a timeframe and people waiting on me. I was furious. If I can help it, I will never book with U-Haul again.

Book the truck here. Truck was without gas cap. I want to cancel booking but staff was unable to cancel. Spend almost 2 hours there and ender charged uhaul rent without moving truck.
