Good gym, get's a bit too busy around 6pm but otherwise good equipment and friendly staff. Makes me wonder if they'll expand into the second half of the building eventually.My only problem is the single squat rack vs 4 smith machines... you're always waiting for the squat rack to become free. I recall there being two squat racks before one got removed and replaced with two smith machines, which is a bummer. I hope they get more squat racks/cages, otherwise you're better off going to Atlantis further down the road, but it's much more pricey.This review will definitely change to 5 stars eventually if they ever get more power racks.-----------------------------------They got a second squat rack 5/5 [now expand into the second part of the building :) ]

Soooo busy had to wait w lot to use any machine

Not that clean but functionalThey stepped up and its one of the best Econofitness.

Very nice gym. The equipment are in good condition. Huge parking space. And even during peak hours, you still can do your session without being crowded.Also The team is very friendly.

The gym is well equipped ,clean and has friendly staff.However, it is very crowded at any point of the day.The members normally hug the equipment for at least 30 to 45 min not allowing others to use them.

Went there to take advantage of the 24 hours availability. Gym is nice, has plenty of equipment, big enough. Clean. Staff? Non existent, well not before 8.What I don't understand is the Power rack to Smith Machine ratio. They have about 4 smith machines and only one power/squat rackBeing one of the most used machines for squats and other heavy exercise I would give them 5 stars if they replaced one or 2 smith machines by power racks. Don't go there during peak hours if you're planning on using a power rack, that's for sure.

Basic gym clean and most people are respectful of cleaning their machines after use. No frills cheap membership fits my needs well. The new female manager takes her job very seriously. She puts away weights and is very efficient at fixing any defective machines and has also fixed the seats with ripped leather. My only complaint is that more people should be reprimanded for not putting away their 4 x 45 plates, so beware of those very disrespectful meat heads who think they own the gym and disregard common decency.

Thank for adding a new support for free weights!I really would like to give a better rating but poor customer service at gym in front of Cinema Guzzo on des Laurentides in Laval.Only one spot to do free weights for squats... always waiting. Told front desk and wrote to head office with out any success...for poor internet also.What is frustrating is that there are sometimes up to 4 spots to do free weights for squats at other Econofitness gyms.This situation could certainly be improved.
