Vince was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and accomodating. He was eager to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He even called the day after our visit to let us know a vehicle had arrived that was closer to what we were looking for. With delays of shipments and the necessity of a vehicle being imminent, we did purchase another as we found an AWD at another dealer. We would have been happy to work with Mohawk had they had inventory. Thank you Vince for being an honest salesman and the time you spent with us .

I bought my '15 Focus ST here. Teddy and the sales staff were great. I get my car serviced here regularly as well. The ladies behind the desk are always polite and accommodating. Dan, Darren and everyone in the service department treat me and my car with the utmost respect. Can't recommend them enough if you're seeking a new/used car and/or service!

We dealt with Josh Maltby while looking for a new car and couldn’t be more happy with the service we reviewed. He was not pushy and really cared about finding us the right truck. We ended up buying from a different dealership just because of inventory, however for our next car we will be going to him first. Highly recommend him if you’re looking a ford in this area

I have had a wonderful experience visiting first time at this Ford dealership location. I was scheduled for a recall. From the beginning with the appointment to the completion of the work, it was very smooth and on time. They have friendly staffs working at the service desk. It is a big place with lots of Ford models. I am satisfied with their service and I would definitely recommend this place.

Horrible treatment at this dealership...took my 1 year old Mach E in for a grinding sound with braking...twice...no one could hear the sound and the shop supervisor or manager was kind enough to come out to my car and insult my intelligence and car knowledge by asking if the issue was happening during the first few minutes of driving. For reference...I am a 44 year old woman with a husband who works on cars for pleasure and a father who worked for Toronto Police Services fleet management for 35 years...not a first time driver. They also charged me for a brake inspection (despite the car being under warranty) and didn't ask prior to performing the inspection. Will not return for service there.

I would give negative stars if I could.Worst service I have experienced in my life.I inquired about a Toyota Tacoma. I have a trade in vehicle in which I wanted to trade in. I provided associate Dante a fair price in which I wanted for my trade in and had quotes from other competitors on the value of my vehicle. Dante then came back to me with a mediocre offer $2000 below fair trade in value subject to seeing" is what he stated after the fact. I asked where he generated this number from he went on to say HE contacted nearby Honda dealerships he then began to deflect and stated he was just the middle man and I can take it up with his manager as he was the one who retrieved the quote.Dante then provided me the incorrect phone number to HIS dealership...Irony... I requested he have his manager call me as I was very frustrated with how this interaction was going... After attempting to reach 10+ times His manager [Dave McNeil] has yet to call me and I am still unable to reach him... The level of professionalism is unreal.This dealership is only out to line their pockets. They do not care for their clients If you are looking to get ripped off this is the dealership for you. It sucks that the vehicle i have been searching for is owned by them as I refuse to continue to attempt to do further business with this dealership..UPDATE 3/6/2023: THE VEHICLE THE CLAIM TO HAVE SOLD IS STILL FOR SALE AFTER THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE SOLD IT"

I just purchased a 2023 Ford Edge from Mohawk Ford and the whole experience was refreshing. My husband and I had already researched the Edge, along with comparable models from other manufacturers, the Edge was the winner hands down. Our last 3 vehicles previous to this were imports and I have to say that Ford has really stepped it up another level. The salesperson Mike Savvis and Business Manager Donna Barker were very informative and answered all of our questions and then some. The dealership has a real family atmosphere and is very welcoming to all. I look forward to a long relationship with Mohawk Ford in Hamilton.

Just got a used 2020 Escape from Josh! He was wonderful and so helpful and a huge part as to why I decided to go through with Ford rather than any other dealership I was looking at. He made the process very easy and enjoyable without any of the normal hassles of dealerships. Even if we weren’t going to get the car, Josh would be getting a 5 star review. Highly recommend!

I have bought my last four cars through the years from Mohawk Ford, the service is always top notch, the service department are there to help and they go above and beyond and are very patient with me. The sales people are also very informative and amazing to deal with. I just bought my last car the other day from Dante and for a young man he knew everything, and was very pleasant to deal with.
