They look out for the best interest of both parties during the recruitment process making sure that the employer and the candidate are a great match. Munir personally helped me all through out the process from presenting a great resume, tips on what to expect on the interview all the way to getting the job. He always kept me in the loop throughout the process and made sure I will be getting the the best offer the hiring company can give. Honestly, Nevian Bilingual, is the best agency I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Nevian Team was my guide through the whole process and they were so helpful, encouraging and resourceful. Even after the job was secured, they checked up on me periodically to inquire how it was going, if I liked the work, if the company dynamic/environment suited me etc. I have never had this kind of service from any representative at an agency before! Normally, I'd have to be the one calling the agency several times to inquire if they found any positions, and to follow up. I never had to worry about that with Nevian Team, as always called as soon as there was an update available. Nevian Team also pushed for the best salary for me, which of course anyone can appreciate.
