My moms gold necklace had a completely broken clasp on it so I took it to Peoples and was quoted $300-$400 and a month to repair. Took it here and was fixed in 5 minutes and for $40!! Highly recommend, great service too. Definitely will be back!

I recently brought Rick an heirloom ring that was my grandmothers. It needed to be repaired quite a bit and was very Dusty from being in storage. Being very important to me I was scared to hand it over to just anyone. Rick made the whole experience very comforting to me, my ring looked even better than I expected and I forgot how freaking sparkly it is! He did such a fantastic job and for such a fair price. I can thank you enough, will highly recommend you guys to everyone I know!

I brought Rick a very difficult job, to turn a $20 ring with sentimental value into a priceless piece of wearable jewelry. He was working with silver and shell and mastered it. My ring is beautiful. Rick had excellent communication through every step of the process, even giving me options at different price points. 10/10 recommend bringing your jewelry here, even the priceless pieces.

My family has gotten multiple rings and watches fixed here. The couple is so friendly and offered to make a custom set of earrings when I didn't find any that were exactly right. They even said if I don't like them, they will just put them in their display cabinets and there's no problem. Definitely recommend this store.

We so appreciate the husband/wife duo at Royal Gold Jewellery...and love their new location in the Speedvale Plaza. Rick and Lynn have a lot of beautiful pieces to choose from in their cases...but your ideas become reality when you share them. They custom make/design and alter too! When the kids wanted to buy something for mom they were respectfully guided to what their pockets could afford.
