A very clean store, they don't have the nice variety of dishes though! Need to reorder some nice stuff fr their clients!

Good selection of products. You will for sure find something that you need. Only issue is some products are a bit on the expensive side. I found a few products that I bought from Amazon at half the price. Can't blame them hard to compete against Goliath. But for other comparable price items it worth the visit.

Huge selection of tools for anyone who likes to cook, bake, make candy or entertain. Also organizers for your kitchen, fridge etc. I love to wander in this store. I often end up buying something I didn't know I needed!

zero service, 4 clerks standing around watching my husband and I walk around looking for something, not 1 approached. The same product 50$ cheaper on Amazon.

Very few people in the store. Could not get service in English, which has happened in the past, and when you are buying big ticket items, and have questions, it's unfortunate. The staff however, was pleasant. I will travel to the west Island location in the future.

Called before heading out there and received good customer service from person who responded. Order was placed aside at cash for me to pick up and was there when I arrived. When I noticed something else similar that suited me, salesperson gladly removed original item with a smile. No muss, no fuss!And to add, person greeting us at the door had a friendly smile. Was it the fact that stores were now allowed to be opened thru government Covid decree, we'll never know. Just hope it remains as such!

Mehn, was the expecting more, quite frankly.....lots of bare shelf space, perhaps due to supply chain issues?
