Horrible place. I went to get both of my ink cartridge refilled. The lady working their only filled it half full and while filling my black cartridge she broke the sensor on the cartridge. when i came back to tell her that she broke my cartridge i was told ten different on how it was my fault. DO NOT GO HERE!

Please do not waste your money refilling your cartridge here. They do not fill it up completely. I printed a couple pages after refilling it and my computer says my ink is empty.When I spoke with the manager he said How do I know if you printed only a couple pages" so basically he's saying I'm lying. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Save your money and purchase a new one from Wal-mart."

Ordered a chip re-setter for my Canon printer from these people on February 16th this year. Canon PGI-270 / CLI-271 series chip resetter for $49.99. $56.49 after taxes. It's June 24th now and nothing ever came. Tried to contact them many times (No Response) To date. No Refund! ORDER NOTHING ONLINE FROM THESE CROOKS !

Exactly the same experience as the last guy....ink ran out after several days when normally lasts me a year...spoke to the owner...basically told me I was lying.Would rather pay more and get a good product !

Staff friendly. Website price was$20 but the store reserves the right to charge more. I was charged $50 which is still ~$30 cheaper than Staples. Not sure how I feel about all of this....
