They will send you a bill at their pleasure, expect to not get one randomly for a few months and then have a huge bill in the end even when you are on monthly billing. A joke of a company especially considering I was told “I’m not sure just wait” when inquiring about my outstanding balance. Unless electricity is now free I find this extremely frustrating not knowing.

I was paying $226 per mont as of June 2022 through equal billing and I just received a notice 3 days ago saying that my bill is not $266. Per mont due starting July 5th 2022. That is quite outrageous. $40 dollars more a month for nothing changed in my unit I have been doing the same things every day. I'm also a senior. I called to speak to a manager none of them will speak to me and no one returned my calls. Shame
