Amazing and quality work. Best price quoted in the city for a new screen and home button for One Plus 5 (I asked around 10 other shops - also not many repair 1+).Great communication and clear on timelines (I had to wait for a part). The actual repair was done in less than one hour. Lots of waiting room space for social distancing and a cute as a button chihuahua named Archie!6 month warranty that covers any faulty parts. She confirmed that screen and button are OEM. Would not hesitate to give her my business again. 10/10

Ashley fixed my Essential PH1. An uncommon phone. I dropped the phone and the glass didn't crack at all but the lcd panel was totally trashed. Ashley replaced the screen and it's like new. I will definitely return if I ever need any kind of cell phone repair. A+++ service!

Best place in the entire city to get your phone repaired. Ashley was such a pleasure to deal with and I experienced nothing but the best customer service from her. One of my friends recommended me to this shop and I am glad they did. I would recommend her place to anyone and everyone . I had my broken iphone screen fixed by ashley. Every other shop I called was charging 90 and she fixed it for 60. I will be bringing all my future phone repairs to her.Thanks for your great service.

As everyone else has said, this is 5 star service. Ashley has great communication and focuses on delivering quality service and repairs. She pushed for a cheaper option first though it would take more time and effort to source a part. Ultimately, we went with a screen replacement which was done quickly and professionally. If I ever need other services done, this will be the first place I visit.

My boyfriend got his iPhone 7plus screen fixed by Ashley and it looks like new! She did it in 15 mins while we waited in the large and clean waiting room. Very impressed; I highly recommend her!

I found Ashley's business through Kijiji which felt a little weird, but I can safely assure you there's nothing weird about it! Ashley was super nice, responded to my messages quickly, got the screen replacement faster than I could've and repaired it so fast! I will definitely recommend her friendly service and great prices to anyone I know :)

She will act friendly but will avoid complete responsibility of the date agrees to deliver your phone and will avoid you through not responding your texts. extremely unprofessional behaviour. and the slowest repair in history of phone repairs. all these people commenting fast service must be her friends because it's impossible that I've gotten the same type of service twice and everyone else is getting great treatment. Shame on you.

Got my iPad Air repaired here. The charge/headphone port was unresponsive. The service was very friendly and professional. Repair was done in 1-2 days as quoted. Price was fair. Location was clean and comfortable. No B/S.Had been using another shop but I will be coming back to Ashley’s Phone Repair in the future. Thanks.

Super friendly staff. Inviting waiting room with refreshments and tv. Fast and efficient. Charged me $15 to replace my broken camera glass in under 5 minutes. Adorable little shop dog to boot.
