My first visit with Justin and he did a fabulous job on our 12 yr old mini golden doodle who had lots of matting and skin blemishes - he took great care with her.He was very professional and provided great insight on his grooming technique.Thank you Justin she looks great!!

Justin did a fabulous job with our 9 year old dog. He did a summer trim and a de-shedding" for our Golden Retriever Rosie and she was very relaxed and pleased with the experience. We will defiantly be going back. He was very attentive to her anxieties and even sent me a picture in the middle of the process so we could see that she was doing well.Thank you!"

Justin is amazing with my Sammy. Sammy always looks great and I’ve never met a groomer who can cut Sammys nails the best!!! When Maggy was here he loved her and treated her like his own!!! Awesome experience!My normally yippy chiahuahua & indoor cat had no problem warming up to Justin and felt right at home.The salon is clean & trendy.... and the products smell amazing.My fur babies came home smelling and looking great!

Justin was calm and patient with our overly nervous German Shepard, we worked out a plan to get Elwood comfortable with the prospect of a full groom! Our little Stan turned out perfectly and Justin was kind and we were impressed with the whole experience! The boys have been prebooked for their next sessions already! Thank you for your kindness and calm! Everyone should check out this place!!

Amazing, Justin asked questions to understand our ZIP, taking the time to gain trust. During Zip's visit, Justin reassured me all was going well. We adopted our 9 year old Zip from the Doberman rescue in Orangeville 2 months ago. We are still learning his personality and this was a positive experience for all!
