Worst phone shop ever slowest service possible is their motto. Literally had a lineup of people waiting for service but people working decided to take 30 minutes to help and chat with their personal friends instead of help people. They had 3 people working and they all needed to help one customer.

The worst place to buy a phone and the worst customer service. I got an Iphone from this store and it was a defective piece with the screen cracked right out of the box and issues with the bluetooth and the worst part is they straight up refused to replace me the phone even when the bill which they gave said 15 days satisfaction guarantee this is just unfair. Not even worth a single star.

It’s a little ridiculous to post hours online and then close early. Especially 8pm, I get 11pm at a gas station. But it’s a professional service, be there for your customers.

Never in my lifetime have I had to deal with such a large number of blatant nitwits. Went here to try a new provider and plan, and hardly any staff here spoke proper English! Talk about trying one’s patience! One gent smirked when I tried to communicate and that was a bit awkward and unprofessional. Step up to the plate and find people who can communicate effectively!

No one there on Sunday. Why do not modify the time on the website?! The guy in the shop doesn't want to continue talking when he realized he couldn't make money on you.. He must be exhausted by his enthusiasm to the real customer who bought something one minute before. Terrible service..

Waited 90 minutes in line on Black Friday, there was 1 person ahead of me, the person ahead of me was allowed to leave the line multiple times, sign up for a PC card, and go get snacks while I waited behind them. No employees spoke to me the entire time in line. Once I got to checkout I was informed they were sold out of the phone I went there for. No signage to indicate this. This was the worst retail experience I think I've ever had in my life. Please avoid so they change their policies.

The Rep provided me with a cost equivalent alternative for the phone I wanted and was focused on serving me for the whole time I was there setting up a new line and registering with Apple and Koodo. I was initially disappointed about not getting the phone I wanted but realized later that his suggested replacement was superior in many ways AND it cost the same. The Rep then went out of his way to get me the best deal possible even giving up his recommendation bonus to make the deal work. Very satisfied with the service.

Poor customer service and probably the hardest mobile shop to get a hold of. They never answer the phone at the Barrington St. Location and they seem to just make up their own hours. I would give them a zero star review if I could.
