I've been seeing Sarah for around 8 years now. From day one she has showed up with so much compassion, empathy and support, with enough push to inspire change. This is why she is my longest standing counselor. I can tell Sarah anything and feel completely seen and cared for in her presence. I resisted therapy for years, and now it’s truly become something that I look forward to every week. Sarah has created such a safe space for her clients, especially when dealing with grief and loss.
