Cyndy and her team are fantastic! They are so kind, compassionate, and helped me so much. There’s not a better legal team out there that would go as above and beyond. I was recommended to Resolve Legal Group by a friend to assist me in a vary complex custody/mobility dispute. Cyndy Morin and her firm took me on and have been nothing short of amazing. Although trial was never a road we wanted to go down, we were forced down this road because mom wanted to move the kids to another province. Cyndy is amazing in the court room setting and also works extremely hard at finding cost effective measures to try to resolve issues outside of the court room. Not only did she handle the legal issues, she also worked equally as hard at keeping my focus on what was most important, the kids. Cyndy Morin and Joshua Wasylciw provided extremely bad service. I would wait weeks to connect with her. Thousands of dollars incurred for him to prepare a 300 page affidavit (including documents he never even read). A document that I couldn't even follow and that no judge is ever going to read. Cyndy had Joshua attended court... THEN he didn't file the affidavit with the court OR even bring a copy to the court date. He did not bring 1 piece of paper to my court date. Joshua stood before the judge and asked opposing counsel if he could borrow her file that she brought so he had something to reference! The times I did meet with Cyndy she I was left for 30 minuting waiting for her in her conference room. All the while I could hear them chatting about office furniture arrangement. They were more frustrating to deal with than my ex. P.S. The Client Services Coordinator I had contacted many times had not called me back and really is a joke.

Corrina from Resolve Legal Group, assistant to Katie Ayer was extremely helpful, attentive, and professional during my legal situation. She is an excellent paralegal who goes the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable and understand the process from start to finish.

If you are looking for a law firm to represent you, please stay away from Resolve Legal Group. I honestly tried to make it work and gave numerous second chances to the lawyers in this firm to rectify the matter but it is impossible to get any responses from them. For some reason they just decided that my case was not worthy" of any attention. I never got any good explanation on why I had to chase one lawyer unsucessfully and then the other. However for every time they talked to me or between themselves I would recieve a charge. After a heafty bill (for a single mom) my case is still just where it was almost 9 months ago.Trully dissapointed and heart broken as I honestly thought that this company was different.I would never ever recommend Resolve Legal Group or anyone who works there for a legal counsel. Hands down

Caring and compassionate, he handled my file with the highest integrity and was someone that I was highly able to count on – allowing me to turn my attention to my biggest fight, my health. I can wholeheartedly say that Josh is a true warrior in family law, and I was truly fortunate to have him as my lawyer. I so thank him from the bottom of my heart for his patience, understanding and advocating so fiercely for me - he really helped make a difficult process so much easier with his never-ending support.
