Ritson Veterinary Clinic

All the doctors here are top-notch! I saw Dr. Garland this time for an emergency visit and she was very friendly and answered all my questions patiently! Only giving 4 star because I think the front desk could be more friendly, the previous front team I met was a lot more welcoming but overall a great clinic! They also recently moved to a much larger and nicer place which is amazing :)

Awesome place. They fit me into their schedule so I wouldn’t have to goto the animal hospital.

I always brought my pets here because it was a nice small clinic that had reasonable prices and you got to know the staff. It had the feel of a family run business. Now it's a lot more expensive and impersonal. Over the last 4 years I haven't seen the same vet (or I guess it's vet techs you see now?) more than once and I find that odd given that there was previously a consistent staff you would see year after year. Also years ago if you had something urgent come up they would at least make an effort to get you an appointment fairly quickly but now the attitude seems to be Oh well sucks to be you I guess." It's really unfortunate. The people working there are nice enough it's just become very corporate."

Their new location is great. Wide open lots of light come in, plenty of space for people and pets. Not as loud with the treatment area at the back of the building further from the waiting area.As always, great staff. Friendly. Still busy, but that's a good sign.

My own vet closed early but didn't post hours had changed. My male Doberman hurt his leg and this clinic took him in right away, even though we weren't clients. I am very grateful to all of you for making sure my boy was looked after! Thank you so much. Finn is feeling much better, because of you ❤️

I've have nothing but great things to say about the clinic and all the Dr's we've dealt with there. The staff is always friendly, and the doctors have never been pushy, always informative and willing to answer any questions I've had.

My dog has declined in health due to age and Ritson Vet has been an important part of his care for a very long time. They have been supportive with option to care for my senior pup and understanding and responsive. I truly feel supported by them as I am facing the most difficult decision I had to ever make. Mickey also has always been comfortable going there as well.

Unbelievably ignorant, charged me four times the price for fortiflora when they could have simply told me I could buy it at petsmart. Unreal, needless to say I will NOT be returning. Do yourself a favor and find s vet who has some respect.

We're so happy with the care Bruce had on April 28. Dr Garland really took the time, it was the BEST experience we've ever had. We were previously going to another local vet office down the street and we couldn't help but compare the night and day service we've been given. Bruce wasn't doing to well and Dr. Garland was so gentle with him, went on the floor and examined him thoroughly with the utmost care and attention. She was humble when she told us I'm still learning" this put me at ease
