Auto Gallery Subaru

My experience with Auto Gallery was extremely pleasant. As a young first time buyer, it’s hard finding a dealership that would provide detailed information with no judgement. Jessica and Anthony were very helpful in that aspect! They answered all of my questions and I couldn’t be any happier to have dealt with such kind people.

My recent experience at Auto Gallery Subaru Regina left me deeply disappointed due to the contemptuous attitude displayed by one of their staff members, Ajay Sharma. As a customer, I believe it’s important to be treated with respect and courtesy, but unfortunately, Mr. Sharma’s behavior fell far short of these expectations. Mr. Sharma’s manner of speaking was marked by a contemptuous tone. He seemed more interested in belittling my inquiries than providing helpful information. Instead of fostering a positive and informative experience, his demeanor only served to make me feel disregarded and undervalued as a potential buyer.

Excellent service from all the staff. We knew the criteria we wanted in a vehicle. Chris helped guide us through the whole process. Found the whole team and process to be transparent. Introduced us to all the rest of the team.As far as features on the Subaru for the cost I don't think you can beat it.Strongly recommend!

They sold me a subaru forester around 170,000km, I had had asked if it had been serviced at regular intervals, brakes/fluid, belts, etc. And was told everything was fine, 20 months later my timing belt snapped on the highway and bent my valves, upon further inspection I found the belt rubber was dry rotted... which tells me it hadn't been changed in a very long time if ever. Now I am stuck with an inoperable vehicle and biweekly payments because the proper maintenance had not been done before I purchased the vehicle.

On February 24, 2023, I went into Auto Gallery Subaru to look at a particular vehicle that I had viewed online. Chris Parsons, Assistant Sales Manager, immediately greeted me when I arrived. I told im exactly what I was looking for, and he brought the vehicle out front right away. He was super kind, professional, and very knowledgeable and helpful. He even spoke with my husband on the phone and answered all his questions. I made the easy decision to purchase the vehicle, and Chris then directed me to Jason Johnston, the Finance Manager. Jason was also very kind, professional and knowledgeable. My entire experience purchasing my vehicle was awesome, and I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new vehicle, head down to Auto Gallery Subaru and ask for Chris Parsons! A big kudos to both Chris & Jason!

Got our 2024 Subaru Crosstrek fresh from the delivery truck. Anthony and Chris and their finance team displayed efficient service including their superb exemplary customer service experience!

Barry, AJ and Chris were all super helpful and very knowledgeable in our recent purchase of our 2024 Subaru Outback Onyx edition. The terms of the lease were very well laid out and no hidden fees.

Had an appointment for tires booked this morning, but when I arrived I was told that the tires I’d ordered had come in in the wrong size. Josh, Ken, Rob and Chris could see how upset I was and didn’t panic me further, instead went above and beyond to acquire the correct tire size locally and proceed with my booked appointment. They were incredibly understanding and friendly and even cut me a break on the pricing for my inconvenience. I’d recommend this team to anyone. My ride home was smooth, and incredibly quiet for the first time in a long time. Thank you Auto Galley Staff.

Auto Gallery Subaru's Anthony and Jason did a fantastic job and helped us drive home our new Forester! We never thought the whole process would be this smooth and easy. Extended thanks to Anthony for his patience as he waited for us to get our plate before taking us back to pick up the vehicle. Looking forward to visiting them on our next service appointment!
