Went there to buy insurance but I was given a website! This is terrible when you have a big sign saying home insurance but tell people to go to website. I knew You can’t expect a lot from London Drug but not low like this. One star rating is not even deserved.

Never go to this broker! Ramzan N, the manager, either knows nothing about the insurance services or intentionality waste customer’s time by calling someone else for assistance. I got everything needed for insurance and successfully purchased last time. But this time he just kept thinking up some unreasonable requirements to refuse to do the insurance. This is the worst broker and insurance manager I have ever seen!

Always the poorest service from the Manager, Ramzan N. Did not know how to navigate the system. Does not like helping out customers, complaining about fixing my account for 45mins. It's your job, to work at business hours. Never go to this location, Manager is dumb as a peanut.

Think I dealt with the proprietor. Friendly, clear and helpful. Better opening hours than most other brokers as well.

Steven W. if u see that name tag u better turn around and look for another location. Had everything set and singed all I missed was a G for gas type of fuel. The guy took close to 40 minutes to do a simple transfer of ownership. I had the plates and insurance there was no change on ANYTHING for my insurance it should have taken 3 minutes yet the guy showed me step by step letter by letter on paper and screen and shredded his print outs twice like how in the world with so much detailed y get it wrong? . It has taken me at most 7 minutes before and I didn’t have a transfer form ready in those 7 minutes. As I walked out I warned other to look for another location. Good lord .... I wanted to die there . I don’t like to make comments but I just couldn’t avoid this one .

Called about switching to LD for Strata Home insurance. Agent 009 was absolutely horrible not understanding my simple English inquiries. He messed up all in formation provided and had little concept of the product he was representing. My current policy costs $441 annual. LD came back with a quote of $1301! Same criteria I even gave them my current policy and asked to match the coverage. Go to Westland Insurance apparently they have a much better priced product!

I insure all my vehicals here as I get great service from Ramzan N and clear help with navigating the Nightmare called ICBC. Always spends the time needed to go over all the options and pricing. I would recommend them for all your insurance needs.

Bought car insurance here. The regular guy there was helpful and clearly communicated. Convenient location in London Drugs, near restaurants, and near Skytrain.
