We had Enerclean Lethbridge clean our ducts in October 2016.Their high tech equipment was an industrial vacuum cleaner that made a lot of noise but had no sucking power. After I advised the operator that the vacuum didn't suck, he covered the upstairs vents with plastic covers. It still didn't have any sucking power.The other high tech equipment was a hand blow gun connected to a 1/4 inch hose from a compressor in their truck. What the vacuum didn't move, the blow gun was supposed to move.Have you ever blown dust around.....you get the picture...What a waste of money....our house is still as dusty as it was prior to the so called duct cleaning.Never again will I use this company.

This is the first time I have used EnerClean but I have used other similar services locally and down east. As a property manager as well as a home owner I was impressed with their thoroughness and quality control. They spent 3 hours at my two storey home but it was only one service person. I have booked them to do my rental property in two weeks. Strongly recommend based on my experience and knowledge as an engineer and property manager.

Second time I've used them and would recommend. They were on time and did the job efficiently. There's a noticeable change in the amount of air the comes out of the vents. The furnace runs less time now as it can heat the house faster.

I had a rental house done yesterday . They did a very thorough job. They didn't stop till all the dirt and debris was sucked out. What a difference they made. so much air flow now. This is something that a lot of people don't know, all this dirt in the furnace and ducts cuts down on air flow so your furnace works overtime to keep the house warm. The house I live in was done 12 years ago so I plan on doing it again soon. I would think the $200 you spend every 3 years would result in less heating bills and less house dusting.

Used Don at Enerclean to clean our ducts. They fit us in with veery short notice and worked around our schedule of other contractors coming to the house. Very friendly and accomodating! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Very secrative, would not allow my wife to watch the process which is nothing more than a shop vac hooked up to a hole cut in the plenum. Thus is not cleaning its vacuuming

I have used EnerClean for many years now. Cleaning out 4 of our houses. The service is always professional right from start to finish. Booking the appointment was such an easy informative process. They have lots of knowledge and are willing to answer any questions I had. I also got my dryer vent cleaned out and had no idea that it held on to so much lint that could start my house on fire. Blew my mind. I definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends.

They came to clean the vent to our dryer but the dryer still ran hot. Ten days later I got hold of an inspection camera that could go into the vent. It showed that there was still an partial blockage. I send them an email with pictures and about 5 hours later they turned up to solve the issue at no cost. Happy customer!
