We've been working closely with FBI Heating for the past 5 years and the owner was super patient with us and had long conversations with us explaining how the heating and AC system work and really tried to make sure we understand what's going on. I have used FBI on a few occasions. For A/C installation and hot water tank installation. Their staff are professional and conscientious. They are dependable and knowledgeable. This is very rare, I would recommend FBI.

We used FBI heating and air conditioning to replace our furnace and old heat pump. Samie was very knowledgeable and worked quickly, but was still very detailed. His pricing was excellent, and he explained everything he was doing so we knew what the process was going to be. The work was completed on time and he always shows up exactly when he says he’s going to. We have referred him to friends and family and have since used FBI for repairs on our investment properties as well. Would highly recommend!

Happy with our new furnace, installation was done in one day, the old taken out and recycled. Furnace was installed end of 2020 and is working perfectly. Company is prompt, professional an using sustainable disposal. I highly recommend this business.

He did a great job for me the first time I called him in in a stormy day and his charge was reasonable. It was a small fix but his attitude, hard work, skills, and fairness made me to call him first for everything else. So far he has replaced a hot water tank and some plumbing plus regular furnace services for me. He said he used to be an engineer in his back home. I found him way more knowledgeable than what his current job takes and highly recommend him.
