We just hired Clean Cut Abatement to remove vermiculite from the attic of our house. The owner, Mike, and his crew were very polite and professional. They were punctual and explained us clearly how they removed it in much cleaner, efficient ways compared to others. My husband checked the attic after the job was done. He was impressed with their great attention. Also, Clean Cut Abatement was very helpful with regard to claiming the vermiculite reimbursement. I highly recommend them to anyone who need abatement works. We were happy to select them over the other company. Oh did I say how great to communicate with them.

If you ever need any abatement work done, I highly recommend Clean Cut Abatement. We needed asbestos tiles in our basement removed to redo our floor. I got in contact with Mike and he was very knowledgeable/experienced and was able to get us scheduled to get work done within a week. His quote was very affordable for abatement work and him and his crew were able to get this job done in just one day. Everything was sealable off to prevent any exposure throughout the house, the basement was thoroughly cleaned, and air quality was tested to ensure the basement was safe to use once the job was completed.I could not have asked for a better experience!

I can't speak highly enough of this group. Mike and Josh were excellent. Communication is key and both of them provided updates on where the project stood and any issues that came up. Their team was polite, on time, and did a great job setting up and cleaning up at the start and finish of each day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This company was great to work with. They did asbestos abatement for my basement floor and some additional demo work at a very reasonable price. Their crew was friendly and did an excellent job, and both Josh and Mike were very easy to work with on the estimate and then managing the job through to completion. I highly recommend these guys.

If I could give six stars, I would. They were complete professionals and extremely easy to work with from start to finish. I had to get about 1200 sq ft of finished basement plaster and lathe remediated (translation: completely ripped out) in a historic home. The initial estimator Josh was very patient as it took a while to get things scheduled on my end. The estimates were clear and concise and delivered via PDF through email, which is great for records. Crew was on time in the morning and made short work of the job. I appreciated the details like putting down protective cloth over the upstairs tiles that they had to walk over, so nothing was damaged or scuffed. Also I have to say as a young woman working on houses, a lot of contractors/construction guys can be dismissive or patronizing. Director of operations Mike was on site and communicated the entire time. He explained everything they were doing, walked me through their scope of work and discussed anything that needed to be clarified and changed. They took the time to remove everything on the walls and ceiling, including the thousands of nails that were used to affix the wood lathe, so that the studs and beams were completely clear when they left. I was very impressed by their work. I never want to deal with asbestos again. But if I have to I am calling Clean Cut.
