Island Ink-Jet Plus

Very low quality and rude.I wanted them to scan some files for me. The scan quality was terrible. But instead of re-scanning the files or solving the issue, they just got the money and did not do the job right.Don’t recommend it at all.

STAY AWAY...This store does not reimburse you when their ink cartridges are not compatible with your printer (even if before the purchase, they assured you this would work). Also did not mention anything about their no reimbursement policy during purchase.After arguing with the employer. I called the head office of Island Ink-Jet and was told by the head office that this store is not one of theirs and that it was using their company name without their consent. They then asked me to give them the information i had on the store, i.e; receipt, business card... All this doesn't get me any closer to my reimbursement though :(Long Story Short.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE..

Couldn't ask for better service. I had just purchased a used printer at the second hand store at the mall, I went in to check on the cost to have the black ink cartridge refilled. The young man took the time to check the condition of the printer. Confirmed it worked. Assured me it would still run with just the black cartridge filled. Took the time to plug the printer in to make sure. Charged what I considered a reasonable price, used his paper to verify everything worked, including the scanner for copies. What more could one ask for good, no, great service?

Great service! The owner was very patient and knowledgeable with me even if the store was very busy. He even offered to call him when shopping for a new printer so I can make sure I can have a cartridge that is easy and affordable to refill. I always go to this mall but never stopped to see what the store was about. I’ll be going to see him again for sure.

I am very pleased with the services Ink Jet Plus @Plaza Cote des Neiges has to offer. I am an old client and Ink Jet Plus never decieved me. The quality of services for your computer devices comes r along with an excelent costumer services.
