Bedouin Suites

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath with den unit that I was renting was beautiful. Top of the line appliances and beautiful finishes. The floors are beautifully decorated, music is played in common areas and the reception area makes you feel like you are at a high end hotel. The staff at Bedouin Suites are wonderful to work with, very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Vogue again and again.

The condo and amenities are fantastic but most importantly, Nick and Megan are amazing property managers and the major reason I picked this spot to live. They're responsive and go out of their way to make sure tenants are happy and have their needs met, makes all the difference. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a nomad gypsy soul for almost a year now. Finally, after touring Vancouver and Calgary in a bid to plant my feet; I arrived at the door step of The Bedouin Suites. The Bedouin group understood the assignment when they made the transition for me as easy and seamless as possible. The level of prompt professionalism mixed with down to earth dealings has set the bar for other rental companies. I found myself on several occasions wondering if it’s this easy everywhere. In true Calgary fashion, these people welcomed me in with open arms. I arrived to my new condo with keys ready and fresh towels. Like what? I just travelled all day with 100lbs of luggage and I’m greeted with extra coffee pods and dish soup. It was amazing. The following day, I met up with Megan and Nick and shared a coffee. We toured the building and mostly just spoke about life.I would recommend this building for many things but the people behind the scenes really closed it for me. I’ve been loving every inch of my condo since opening day and now this gypsy soul has a place to call home.If you’re like me and you’re wanting a nice place to call yours with a great feeling of downtown, look into Bedouin. Vogue is a nice building and I had great experience with the concierges. However, Bedouin Suites has really disappointed me during my stay, especially when I moved out and was surprised by incredibly overrated fees for cleaning and for wear and tear. Never had such a bad experience as a tenant and hope they change their way of dealing with clients. I do not recommend renting in this building with this company. I lived in Vogue for almost 3 years and rented from Bedouin Suites. Nick Livaditis, the owner of Bedouin Suites, was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. If you questioned him on anything regarding additional charges or maintenance, he would talk down to you or get unreasonably upset very quick. When I moved out I was slapped with cleaning fees and repair charges equivalent to almost a quarter of the security deposit, even after I paid for a cleaner to make sure the apartment was in pristine condition before I left (which it was). I do not recommend renting from Bedouin Suites. Please check out reviews under Vogue Condos as well to read more tenant accounts of similar bad experiences.

I stayed at bedouin suites for 3 years. I truly had a wonderful stay. The place was luxurious, quite and comfortable. The built in TV stand with was very convenient. The view to the Bow River Valley was outstanding and breathtaking. The music at the elevator lobby was calming and welcoming as if you were in a five star hotel. I never had any issues with the suite or the appliances. Everything worked perfectly! The concierge was very helpful and always there for us. Anne-Marie and Nick were very professional and responsive. The location in the heart of downtown was very convenient to my workplace and for biking. I recommended this place to a friend that also had a positive experience and loved the place!! I'd continue to recommend this place to anyone going to stay in Calgary!

Nick and the Staff at Bedouin have been nothing short of spectacular since we moved into one of their suites over a year ago. The Units are well kept, modern and comfortable.The downtown Calgary location is amazing, centrally located and close to all amenities and the corporate scene. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and a perfect commute to work. An IDEAL place for the young professionals" we were when we moved in.We have since transitioned to a "young family" and Bedouin has played a major part in making Calgary feel like home since we moved to the city.We've attended Christmas Parties

What a Fantastic idea it was to make Bedouin Suites at the Vogue building in Calgary our home. You cannot find any place in the city of Calgary, so new and so well built and set up with beautiful suites. You just have to see them.After a short search of downtown Calgary rentals, no place came even close to matching what Bedouin was offering. Moving to Calgary from San Francisco for a new job was very involved and we were concerned about seamlessly and quickly settling in. The well-appointed, tastefully-furnished Bedouin suites gave my wife and I the feeling of a seamless move to a new city. The Furnished Bedouin suites had everything we needed, we did not have to move our own furniture right away as these suites are equipped with everything you can imagine in a home.We first moved into a suite on temporary bases with the thought of looking for a permanent place in due time. We loved the Bedouin suite so much that we rented one of the non-furnished Bedouin suites for the long term. You can walk to any place in downtown from the Vogue building and there are many great dining experiences within a short walk.Closets are professionally completed with adequate hanger space, drawers and storage shelves. Kitchen has modern stainless-steel appliances and lots of cabinet space. What is really functional and great addition is the island in the Kitchen. If you were to rent a non-furnished Bedouin suite, you may not need a dining room table as the island is large enough to comfortably fit 8 to 10 people, just need some bar stools.You will have a great view of the city, mountains and the Bow river from any suite balcony and big windows. There is a TV in every room, which really makes you feel right at home. And of course, you have the state of the art washer and dryer in every suite. Suites come in variety of sizes, furnished or unfurnished, even the unfurnished are set up with nice closets, TV and island in the kitchen, so convenient.Bedouin Management team really make Bedouin experience memorable. They really make you feel at home, Anne-Marie and Nick are great to work with and they do their best to accommodate your needs. The hallways of the Bedouin floors in the 36 story Vogue building have elegant decorations and are decorated with seasonal flowers and themes. Management keeps these floors spotless and orderly. We Love the Bedouin Experience, thank you Anne-Marie and Nick.

If your are looking for exceptionally high quality service, a unit with high end finishes, prime location, a multitude of amenities and personable staff, then Bedouin Suites is the place for you. Living here is amazing! What do I love the most?...working out in the gym on the 36th floor that showcases the Bow River and the Rocky Mountains, hosting family gatherings in the fully-equipped ‘Sky Lounge’ or simply having a glass of wine on the balcony with a view of the Peace Bridge. Bedouin Suites is ‘class’ all the way!

A little late to review (Lived here 5/21 to 4/22)If you can afford it, go for it. It’s up there for the best apartments in Downtown Calgary.Pros: Professional yet friendly management.Maintenance requests are actually taken care of (even the tiniest of details - within reason.)Amazing concierge.Plenty of notice prior to utility outages or need to access one’s unit for maintenance.Parkade cameras are actually functional. Visitor parking.Building feels very secure.Cons: Fitness area leaves a lot to be desired in comparison to other buildings around, if you need more than a cardio machine.Queen size bed max because of bedroom finishings in some suites.5/5 spot anyday!!
