Wow, what an AMAZING experience I had with Sherri. I was in hot water and needed to get some glasses engraved very last minute, like, within the hour. Everyone else I called said it would be at least a week. Though, I’m sure it’s not her preference, she got me in immediately and had it done within 20min upon my arrival. Amazing customer service, quality product, and reasonably priced. This will definitely be my go-to engraver moving forward. Best in the city! Ps. I never write reviews, which goes to show how satisfied I was.

Wow! So happy with the engraving on our Stanley style mugs. The service was fast, as I needed it within a few days, and the price was VERY reasonable. Other engraving companies were going to charge an expensive set-up fee and Precision did not. Will come back here again :) Thank You, Sherri!

Precision Engraving and Sherry—the absolute best!!!!! Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about my experience— I would rate 10 STARS, if it was possible. She had to special order my wine glasses—the look beautiful. She is so personable and happy to try and help however she can. I was so happy to be able to use a local business, too!!! I will definitley be using Precision again and again and again!!!!

Ordered a mini toss sign for my son off the website. Picked it up, all wrapped up. Now I know why. Here is the mess we received. Got it home, opened and saw it. Texted her immediately. No response of course. Texted again about 6 hours later. Finally heard from her next day, made a new one. For pick up said exactly “Can you drop that one off and pick a new one up at my house?”I said fine, waited for address. Didn’t get one. By the time I did I was done with the whole thing and once I sent a text about the horrible quality and outrageous customer service…all of a sudden she was happy to deliver. Full disclosure, I didn’t even answer her, I was done dealing with her.Got an email that started out “I apologize that you are unhappy with your product”WHO WOULDN’T BE?? Who would think it’s ok to send this mess out?? That’s my question…who thinks it’s ok to make this and charge almost 60 bucks and this is what it looks like? Instead of trying to fix it afterwards…how about never try to pull this on someone in the first place? It wouldn’t have been wrapped until the paint dried. She knew what it looked like when she wrapped it to go. Outrageous.
