We had the the Wed night $15 rib special which is insanely cheap these days for a whole rack. Very tasty and Joey was terrific. Clean restaurant too. Thanks much, we'll be back!

Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill
Taking into account that it was busy and understaffed, the food was poor. Having been to another location in Niagara Falls and being very impressed, this location was extremely disappointing. The servers were doing the best they could, I could see that so I'm not going to knock the service. I had the chicken and ribs combo, both meats were dry and the ribs were not in the least bit tender. I probably caught them on a bad day, but that was my experience.

I had just dined with a friend of mine at the Chucks Roadhouse Location in Fort Erie, I havent had a better supper in over a decade. Our waitress Brandy was polite, bright and attentive, and all the staff were friendly; assuring our comfort without being overbearing. We had two steak suppers for under $50 dollars, I was wonderfully satisfied to order a steak Blue Rare" and have it served right the first time. I will definitely be going back and will recommend it to all others I encounter. MUCH THANKS to Brandy for her charm and attention and to the cook for the total extent of their skills. 5 STARS"

Sports bar and grill atmosphere, the service was good, it seemed like just one lady was handling all the tables and she did good with keeping my table up with water. The food was okay, I ordered a steak, it wasn't the best but wasn't the worst, and for the price it was a good deal. Although the piece of corn they give you seemed pointless to me, I would have preferred a mixed veg instead if the option was there. Oh and they were out of Caesar salad! Shocked. Overall it was decent, especially for Fort Erie

Glad we tried them again!!! We had stopped going to this location a few years ago as the service was EXTREMELY slow. Very pleased to say things have changed for the better!! Our server Brandy was awesome!!! Everything came out in a timely fashion. Steak was cooked perfect. Always loved the atmosphere at Chuck's. Thank you!! Job well done. Looking forward to the next visit!!

The food was really good, came out on time, everything was cooked perfectly. Staff were great, timely service, the manager came and checked on us which was nice, that doesn't happen usually at other restaurants, so it was a nice change to know we were being well taken care of! I will definitely be back, and telling everyone who wants restaurant suggestions to come here!

Our waitress was good, but was very disappointed with the cook. We are part of a riding club, we arrived before our friends, we were able to order, but when they (14 people) arrived, the cook refused to cook for them. Waitress suggested they go to the Barrel up the road. Unbelievable! My medium steak came out med rare, which I kind of expect but not usually from a place that is known for its steaks and they gave me a bowl of corn instead of the usualcorn cob. My husband's ribs were good but over sauced, his quarter chicken breast was dry and covered in sauce. Garlic pan bread was disappointing. Not impressed with Fort Erie location.

Decided to take my daughter out to lunch to celebrate my birthday with her a day early. I had ordered a bud light and when it arrived to my table there was very clearly visible blood smeered on the beer glass and blood floating at the top of my drink like someone had cut themselves. I quickly told the waiter that there was blood in my glass.. He picked it up and told me oh that's wine I said are you sure? He says well I would hope so and went to get me another beer. Well let me tell you that was clearly blood I know what wine looks like.. It was noon barely anyone in the restaurant no one was drinking wine.. So why would wine" be on my beer glass and also floating in it? To say I was nervous drinking that second glass or eating the food after that was an understatement. He then proceeds to ask if I wanted a box when my daughter and I are still very clearly eating almost like he was pushing us out.. Also very quickly gave us the bill without asking if we wanted anything else or if we even wanted the bill. Horrible service. When I read the bill he didn't add any of our drinks almost like that was his way of saying sorry for the blood in your drink? During this entire experience I was calm and polite when in all honesty I should have just walked out. In my 31 years I have never experienced something like this at a restaurant and to say my birthday lunch was ruined as well is also an understatement. I WILL NEVER go back there again."
