Federal Elevator Systems

I used Federal Elevator on a couple of residential projects. The installers were very knowledgeable and the service reps where very patient with me and my never ending questions. I ran into a few hiccups on the first one, not understanding how to work with the unit; but like with anything else the more you learn about the product the easier it becomes to work with and easier to prevent issues in the future. They worked well with the other contractors to ensure a smooth install.

We had a wonderful experience with Federal and did tons of research only to find no other company could offer the designs, flexibility, and pricing like them. Very professional sales team and customer service. We are extremely happy with the quality of work, and having said that don't think we'll be in the market for a while, but would highly recommend to anyone!!!Thanks Federal!Christina and Gary

Stay Away from this company, they installed an elevator in our custom made home that NERVER worked properly!!!! They came to repair it numerously and every time they hit us with hundreds of dollars of repair/maintenance invoices for 10 minutes of adjustment they did every time they came in without ever addressing the real problem of this brand new elevator, until we gave up!!!! they are only there to take your money. I would give them no stars if I could.

I do NOT recommend Federal Elevators, it’s been 3 years since we installed the Elevator at 3 Thornbank Rd, we have so many issues with it that ITS UNREAL!!! The elevator they installed is a cheap one that constantly giving problems. We don’t have experience with Elevators but we wanted the best one which they assured us at a pricetag of 80000.00 DOLLARS !! There Service is real BAD and very expensive, for example they quoted us us 2800.00 for a recent broken service, instead we called another company we’re we only paid 670.00 for the same service !!!! What a rip off from the get go... If you decide to install an elevator I recommend checking out other places!!

It was our biggest mistake to order federal elevator . After sale service is horrible and always something goes wrong .. Very cheep quality

We had a great experience working with Federal Elevator on our most recent custom home project. Their expertise and dedicated team helped to accomplish the job in a timely manner. All staff was truly supportive and reliable with us and our client. We highly recommend Federal Elevator and we will be using them again in the near future.

The elevator is great and the sales was good during the install period. The customer experience since has been dismal. I only ever get a voicemail box, when they call you back, they don't leave a message with an extension number so you can talk to a live person. The rep I dealt with this morning as hard to hear and understand. She insisted I had to sign a work order. What is this? It's not the 1980s. I offered to give her my credit card # if she would just arrange for a service call. Our call was then disconnected and I had to call the voicemail box again!!!!!! My elevator still doesn't work (with my laundry trapped inside) and she can't tell me when someone will come!!!! This is WORST customer service I have had in this century!

I can't say enough about this company! I had done quite a bit of research prior to choosing Federal Elevator to provide us with the product and service I was looking for. They are truly the best out there. Every employee I spoke with was knowledgeable and professional, but, most importantly, patient and understanding of my needs as the buyer. They were prompt in responding to my (numerous) inquiries and had completed every task within the time line they promised. I will continue to recommend Federal Elevator to my friends and family!

Federal Elevator was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We took the time and looked at 4 other companies but decided to go with Federal. The staff was extremely knowledgeable from the sales office to the completion of installation. We absolutely love our new elevator and would recommend Federal Elevator to absolutely everyone we know.
