The employee Ophelia spoke down to me and lectured me at length. Very unprofessional. Don’t care, not going back, they don’t care either. Just a bad economic model at heart. Don’t deal with them, go elsewhere.

I visit money mart often. The two ladies who work at this financial institution embody customer service. The Indian lady is truly lovely! My most recent visit was yesterday Monday May/8th/2023 . I missed her name too regrets-but she too was great. Friendly, bubbly, and very knowledge. The interactions always feel genuine- never forced. Yesterday I was advised I could provide feedback on google review, so here I am! Thank you to both of you ladies again, it makes my day better to have small interactions that go such a long way. I applied for one of their Installment loans, and their courteous friendly staff were very helpful and patient and walked me through the whole process. I was able to get a loan that helped me get a car on the road for a really good job. I especially liked that you can pay it back as fast as you can. Thanks Money Mart!

Usually great service.. I have been dealing with them for over 10 years at least... But today!!!!!.... On this Nov.27... at Waterloo Weber.. Worse experience ever!!!.. Young kids just don't listen anymore.. Hire more experienced people!

Had a westenr Union transfer that I wanted to recieve , but they told me they are unable to process it , transfer it to my bank or give me cash because it was a big amount. the transfer was only 2 thousand dollars !! this is ridiculous.
