I would not recommend doing business with Rancourt. I've never encountered such arrogance and blatant dishonesty in a business transaction. On top of this, Rancourt's English speaking skills are non-existent thus making true communication impossible.What follows is my answer to Rancourt's response to my review;Many thanks for your response, Guillaume. First, I want to congratulate you for realizing the importance of asking a native English speaker to respond to my review. It's too bad this person wasn't available to help you in translating in our past communications, but then again, your poor English skills served you well in a perverse way, and consequently you used them to your full advantage. It is this, more than anything, which I hope any/all of your future prospective customers beware of. I sleep well and with a clear conscience knowing that I am the one who has made all the effort to resolve our dispute and I also have all necessary documentation to prove my assertions. One last thing I should say is that it is you who have spoken badly of others, especially your colleagues Ken Parker and Bill Comins. I urge you to make peace with everybody. I only wish you the very very best.

Guillaume is a fantastic builder! I've long been a fan of his work from afar and finally got a chance to play one recently. Exceptional fit and finish, extremely comfortable to play and a beautiful acoustic voice.
