Honestly I would give a zero if we could. First off the website says we are outside of the delivery area but we aren't, so have to call to order for delivery (found this out on our last order we picked up) The number for the store doesn't actually give an option to speak to the store directly. It is an automated message and the only option is #1 to speak to a customer service associate. I was patched through to customer service 3 times and they gave me the wrong number for this store 3 times. So incredibly frustrating!! Fix your website so we can order online!!!!

I give this location a 1 star only because I have to they are very very unmotivated. I am not sure if this is a trend now in Cambridge but it’s very disappointing. I asked the man at front counter a question and he ignored me focused more on throwing out the garbage than taking an order and speaking with his coworkers. Very sad please avoid this location .

Pizza Hut has always been my favourite place. But lately it has really gone down hill. I don’t know if it’s new management or what. But the quality it awful! It’s either over cooked or under cooked… today I used my points and received a burnt pizza with barley any cheese on it. They did offer me a free Pizza Hut honestly at this point, I think this location is hopeless!

Delivered 20 mins after it said it was delivered in tracking. Pizza was cold and was not able to contact any customer service representatives. First time for a while I ordered pizza hut and probably won't be ordering again. Definitely not worth the cost .Edit:Manager contacted me and comped me a treat box for inconvenience. Nice that they follow up.

Pizza Hut has really gone down quick. Once upon a time this was the place to go to get a great pizza, times have changed. This location has got to serve the worst pizza ever. Even though we asked for well done pizza, the pizza was undercooked so much that the dough was still raw. It was absolutely disgusting. When we called to complain to ask that they remake or refund, they said it was against their policy. They asked that we come show them the pizza. When we went back, without even taking a look at the pizza, they refused to do anything because a couple slices were eaten.I would not recommend anyone purchase pizza from this location, please read the other comments as well, customer service is horrible, food is terrible, and the managers are not willing to provide even adequate customer service.

I ordered the Pizza Hut game night combo. It consisted of 2 pizzas, a 2 litre pop and wings. We ordered vegetarian and double pepperoni pizza, med buffalo spiced wings and a 2 litre pop. The pizza crusts were pillowy soft with a nice crunch on the bottom! The vegetarian pizza had a plethora of toppings! Both pizzas were hot on arrival, very fresh and delicious! The wings were tasty and the pop was nice and cold! We had delivery and they were very quick! We also ordered pickup the weekend prior and were very happy with the quality! Super fresh and tasty! Thank you Pizza Hut Cambridge!!

Don't bother with this location. You work hard for your money and expect your delivery to be on time and your pizza to be what you ordered, but it won't be. Then you get your free pizza and order it from this location and they'll just step all over your pizza, burn it and delivery it late expecting a tip still.
